Keep Conor by all means, Thiago is leaving and so we need a proper team leader, Reece can be the captain but he seem to be too emotional and reacts unnecessarily in chaotic moments.. We need a Thiago figure in plays and also in organizing the team in moments like that and I think Conor is just perfect for that.

Chelsea have too many young talented players to keep Gallagher....I will not bench Enzo, Caicedo, Nkunku, Palmer, and Paez or Estevao in the future for a Gallagher. No thank you. Sell him while his value is high. He has reached his peak.

Poch came to Chelsea at the beginning of the season he was speaking all the right things and then he changed completely. Now he is back to saying the right things again after we have had a good run of a form for couple of weeks. I still have question marks on Poch but saying all that we need to give him one more season and see, and after that we can decide for good.
Poch has been saying all the right things just listened to his pre-talk now top-notch before the last game. Silva is an iconic player
Frank Lampard was a player that i thought like would become a top manager but things went wrong for him in that role. In Thiago Silva also i see a top manager and wish he brings success in that role in future.
Frank would still become a top manager, he is still young in terms of coaching age, maybe he needs to get an assistant role under a coach like Pep Guadiola etc.
He has the highest recorded IQ of any footballer in history. Had he got the players he asked for at Chelsea we would have seen the real Lamps.. I can tell you now had we signed the players he asked for we would have done alot better under him. Just to name a few - Rice, Bellingham, Haaland, Gordon... cross an inshallah as his football was dubbed wouldn't have been a thing..

International scouts uncovering gems are critical for financial success at Chelsea. Set play coaching is definitely another area to build on missed opportunities. But Chelsea will need players with iq, touch and finishing. Silva returning as an academy coach and later as a first team coach will add credibility to the organization.

Tuchel at PSG in 2020, then won it with Chelsea in 2021.
Guardiola at Man City in 2021, then won it in 2023.
Pochettino at Tottenham in 2019.
He will win at Chelsea if given time and better players.

We love signing kids and we won’t stop, our model is to build business value and maximise profitability and sustainability. We’re happy to get top 6 or top 4 or win a single trophy in the next 8 years. Trust the project guys. Experienced players does not fit the model and the wage cap structure won’t allow us to proceed with this.

To replace Thiago Silva, Chelsea need to go for Joachim Andersen of Crystal palace and then the returnee Wesley Fofana also in case Chaloba leaves. A new LB is needed, should Dortmund trigger the buy- out clause for Ian Maatsen, while Ben Chilwell is moved on.
As for the midfield and attack, If Conor Gallagher were to be sold this summer, Chelsea need to buy Joao Palhinha (CDM), who's a spine and direct competition for Romeo Lavia while they keep Casadei in the team for next season. A formidable striker and a deadly left winger are needed as well.
Certain players like Ugochukwu, Chukwuemeka, Alfie Gilchrist, Washington need to go out on loan and Raheem Sterling offloaded to Saudi league.
My issue with you Younes is you're always short-sighted, then you later realise when results starts coming in. Roman spoilt you heavy - like almost all of us.
You were loving it when Boehly was buying K2, Fofana, Aubameyang etc. for Tuchel but ended up blaming Tuchel for playing boring football.
You were happy with us getting Enzo, Caicedo, and later Poch in preseason but ended up later hating him and calling for Tuchel to come back.
But you forget change, especially this kind of quick change takes time - something most Chelsea fans are guilty of.
