Very good delivery in the second part it seemed a bit too difficult for the defensive team to make it to the area in time

Fantastic coaching manner, well done coach. Couple of things that may help the session. When doing the 4v4 practice instead of the defenders kicking the ball out think about them passing to their own players or to the other box to teach them proper transition. Also the main problem in that session was the distance of support from the players in possession. Most times all four players in possession came towards the ball making the area too easy to defend. Thought you had a very good balance of not stopping the practice too much and letting it flow. Keep up the good work and good luck on your coaching journey
