    Izgleda krasno....pitanje;gdje nabaviti cream of tartar i moze li se zamijeniti necim?

    Dear mama Veganka I have used coconut cream because we don't have other vegan cream here in Australia. After adding stiff peak coconut cream into cooled whipped aquafaba it became quite runny and lost some of the volume :( May I know how to make it light and fluffy like yours? I used 1 teaspoon of agar

      Dear Christine, thank you for watching my channel ❤️ I have never tried to make this recipe with coconut cream. But I believe that adding some cream stabilizer into coconut cream would help with preventing the cream to get runny. Like this one tgsdu.com.au/product/dr-oetker-sahnesteif-whipped-cream-helper/ Also, you can try adding more agar agar (half a teaspoon more) since there are differences in strength of different brands of agar. It would help to fold in cream into aquafaba by hand/spatula (not mixer) to prevent knocking out as much of the air from the cream. Hope this will help ❤️
