- This 10 minute video records our 3 hour visit to Scampston Walled Garden near Malton in North Yorkshire, mid July 2022.
The gardens are open to the public from Wednesday to Sunday April to October. From 10:30am to 5:00 pm, last entry 4:30pm.
Garden ticket price as of July 2022
Adult £9.00. Children 5 - 16years. £5.00
Family 2 adults 3 children. £25.00
Scampston Members. Free
RHS members Free Fridays only
The house and garden are situated just north of the A64 trunk road from York to Scarborough and east of Rillington.

Thank you Jim, theres a lot to learn about making videos which viewers like to watch, I’m learning slowly! My son is far better at working the iMovie program, but hes a bit too distant at the moment. Oz, so that’s another learning curve for me!

Lovely gardens that show both low, medium, and high maintenance areas. The Potager makes me smile! I recognized a few of the plants.
Should you ever have the chance to come to the USA, please come to Minnesota and visit the Minneaota Arboretum in Chanhassen and the Como Park Conservatory in Saint Paul. We also have sculpture gardens. Thank you for the lovely visit today. Blessings on you and your son.✨️🕊🐈⬛📚🌲🍁🌳🌿🌾

Another beautiful garden in the UK. Nice job with the filming/editing. Those cardoons are crazy big. A neighbor here in CA grows them too.

Not as well thought out as say Wollerton old hall gardens of Hidcote manor gardens .This garden lacks the WOW! factor

Please accept that I am an elderly person with walking aid who is an absolute amateur at filming, i just want to share the lovely experiences I have whilst visiting these beautiful places. This garden makes no sense to me when such gardens as Wollerton old hall exist this is just bored and cant be bothered style of garden design
