Ambroxan is so apparent to my nose in EDT, definitely more than bergamot. I personally think, that bergamot is made upon Linalool in this, Dihydromyrcenol should be apparent as well, but this is just my sense of smell. Phenomenal vid, as always Aaron.

You should try a Brooklynite!
It's a rum sour, but with honey syrup instead of simple syrup. Use a decent dark rum like Goslings or Bicardi 8.
I also usually tweak it to be more rum-forward, served up. Absolutely delicious.
I love these videos, it would be cool to see a video of New Orleans drinks like the hurricane and Sazerac.
