Goz's theme really matches Goz himself, a ghost cat magician who roams an abandoned amusement park and is practically a supernatural phenomenon being solely constructed by visitors' fears.
You can also say the same for Gregorius, a resurrected angel from an abandoned underground cathedral and is practically a maddened pianist and conductor, with its own choir to boot.
The cool thing about gregorious conpared to other bosses is that his theme is in real time with each phase instead of just simple looping and the final note is on time with his final skill that instant kill all your characters on the field at the exact time of 2 seconds left in the match

6:20 Fun fact: The name "Oxygen Destroyer" is a reference to a fictional weapon that killed the original Godzilla
Also, the boss this theme belongs to is a giant chicken named Perorodzilla.
So the whole thing is a giant Godzilla reference
The first time I had to fight perorodzilla I didn't know whether to laugh or be horrified such a creature existed.

The story intro to Perorozilla's TA was going all meta over it, too. Man...
The thing about Gregorious theme is that unlike many other boss tracks that are broken into segments that play based on what part of the boss you're on, Gregorious' is entirely real time and the fight progresses with the music - which is fittingly being played by the boss itself, being a giant otherwordly pianist. The final minute of the track where it suddenly calms down and a choir begins to play is the final part of the fight, the moment the music ends the boss instantly wipes you if you haven't beaten it by then.

In the "Oxygen Destroyer" your wondering what type of monster your trying to fight but it's just (not just) a giant chicken who's capable destroying an entire city
The very last phase of the Gregorius theme may sound gradually calming and relaxing, but in fact, the boss casts his final spell: inevitable instakill of my characters. So that calming part gives the players ironical tension.

You should look up the other version of the Gregorius song which also includes a proper finale. Since it isn't really part of the original song since this part only plays in-game when the boss is about to cast an instant K.O. to the entire party, it's not included on the original upload. Just look it up as "Blue Archive Gregorius Finale"

I highly recomend it, is both epic, scary and tragic.
Also you're not wrong in your assessment, the boss in theme 181 is from a festival and cultural school that is very inspired by Japanese culture

고즈의 테마는 음악의 이름에서부터 알 수 있듯이 당신이 보는 모든 것이 진짜일지를 보여준다. 반복되는 음악과 클라이맥스를 향해 달려가는 음악이 서로 만나 고즈의 테마를 만들었다.
페로로질라의 테마의 초반부분은 마치 괴수가 출현했을 때를 상상하게 만들고, 중반부부터 후반부까지는 괴수가 도시를 휘젓고 다니는 것을 상상하게 만든다.
그레고리오의 테마는 우리가 아는 오케스트라를 깨부수는 음악이다. 우리가 생각하는 오케스트라는 현악기가 주를 이루지만 그레고리오의 테마는 오르간 등이 주를 이룬다. 마지막에 짧게 '도' 하고 끝나는 것은 우리가 박수를 쳐야하는 타이밍을 알려주는 것 같다.
묘귀 쿠로가케의 테마는 네온 사인으로 덮여있는 도시에서 들어볼법한 음악과 일본풍 음악이 어우러져있다. 페로로질라의 테마처럼 괴수가 도시를 휘젓고 다니는 상황을 상상할 수 있지만, 묘귀 쿠로가케는 오히려 시골의 작은 마을에서 벌어지는 괴담같은 일을 상상할 수 있다.
