Originally, Shogun by James Clavell, was about an an English Sailor, an invincible warlord, and a beautiful woman who was torn between two ways of life and two was of love. All brought together in an extraordinary saga of a time and a place aflame with conflict, passion, ambition, and the struggle for power. I revisited this through my own life and the skimboarding around it.

Hi. I want to start skim boarding because it looks awesome. I looked at some beginner boards that are all carbon fiber and not timber but they are like 100$-150$ and u don't want to buy a board if I might not always do it. Any boards that are cheaper but decent. Any help would be great. Thanks
to be honest rtown if u were to go cheaper you would be getting a woody. 100-150 is actually a great price for a carbon fiber board if that is really the cost of one in your situation. How skimboards work is basically you are buying something that will easily last you 3-4 years if you take even the slightest care of it. I just actually bought an exile hybrid for a whopping 470 bucks. But i look at it as if i spent basically 10 bucks a week. And i would easily have it payed off in less than a year. Ill have the board for many years to come im sure. Anyways you should look into it! Skimboarding is an amazing boardsport probly the most fun out of all of them. The combination of mechanics from the other boardsports that you throw into skimboarding is like no other!
