I like the looks of this XP, but Polaris is going to have to improve their build quality. I have had 5 Polaris's, including a 22 General XP, so I know what I am talking about. Every one had issues, and they were all clunky, full of rattles etc, My new Can AM Defender is solid and tight, Not even close. I trade a lot, so time will tell I guess. Good video though! I do enjoy your videos.
Thanks for input buddy truly appreciate people letting me know what they like. We love the defenders and have truly had less problems from our BRP products also.
My buddy just got a 23 North Star ranger and boy is that thing nice the generals are a bit old and outdated they haven’t been updated and got the newer nicer finishes yet. The new pros are also really nice and finished well except the plastic doors I put Polaris metal doors on mine and it just feels nicer overall

It does not have 20" of travel. That's a typo. I wish it did. If you scroll to the top & click SPECS, you'll see it has 14" front & 15" rear. That being said, I'm selling my '23 Defender Max Limited & buying one because : LED headlights/taillights, Lockable doors, doors that open normally, rear power windows, Fox shocks, 5 lug wheels, heavier duty chassis/roll cage, JBL system w/subwoofer, front & rear cameras, GPS maps, more engine info like temp gauge, 30 more HP, seats that aren't straight up & down & are adjustable, telescoping steering wheel, better HVAC controls with better vents... Polaris really leapfrogged Can Am with this machine & who knows, Can Am may have an answer down the road that'll pull me back. Maybe we can drag race when I get it lol

@@scottstewart9213 I’ve got a lot of family in Indiana. We just bought another defender lonestar from a place in Indiana and got $800 off msrp. What dealer did you go with. I ordered from Rex’s they don’t Mark up or have made up fees.
I can do the same thing put her order in it goes to a dealership and then you have to go to the dealership and put a deposit down because they are not going to order that without a deposit because if they do and you don’t pick it up after 30 days they have to start paying interest on that machine

I would think for that kind of money that they would find away to quiet them down. If i have a family with me we cant hear ourselves talk or listen to music because they are so stupid loud. If you wear a helmet you are completely deaf from hearing

I like the idea, especially the increased horsepower but at that price I will keep my 23 Defender Max Limited.
It’s a high price hike for sure. I’m really interested in testing one though. Seems like it’s built well.

That’s what I’ve heard my unit hasn’t arrived yet. But I don’t ride in the back so I’m not that concerned.

I don’t know how 20 wheel travel will make it less top-heavy it seems like to me that it would make it more easy to roll on the side
Both sides of the suspension can flex more giving it the ability to spider like on hills. Along with the shocks have more controlled damping
You should take that new defender out trail riding where other people go. They must have a Trail systems out there.

They say 20 inches of useable suspension, that’s probably 4 inches tire and 16 inches of shock

I live in Indiana but I'm buying in Kentucky. It's been my experience that the dealers are much more honest down there lol

I agree. Hopefully in the future they will. The defender is the best unit for the noise in cab.
