Exactly! That’s the whole reason she made the video throwing the knives around because it’s a metaphor for the knives that were thrown at her for so long. It’s shocking to me that so many people can’t see how creative she truly is. She is trying to heal and I am sure the rage she will feel as she begins to put the pieces of all of this betrayal together will be almost overwhelming. She’s going be so angry and realize in her family she has nobody. No one has her back and it’s disgusting.

I love how Britney's apology to Alexa is so genuine and heartfelt. This is what celebrities miss when they apologize online and have their manager or even AI write their apology. And they do that because they aren't really sorry. Britney is honest about the situation and it's just like a friend apologizing to you.
So few people in Hollywood seem to have the genuine ability to feel remorse, guilt, regret, empathy, etc. Britney definitely does and that’s why she’s so special. There’s such an emotional depth to her.

I must admit that, apart from a few songs I like, I have never really been a Britney fan, but I have gained a whole new respect for her in the last few years. I am also interested in reading her book, after all she has been through she deserves to have her experiences told on her own behalf.

I know Bryan has said some out of pocket things in interviews about the c-ship but he also seems really clueless. I don’t think he’s as complicit in the abuse as the rest of the family.
Britney is actually a very stable person. A lot of things have happened to her, others would cry constantly or even killed themselves, but she is a very strong individual. Even I am not sure would I be able to go through all that.
She's dancing with butcher knifes on Instagram, she isn't stable! In my maternal family, almost everyone has at least one psychiatric issue, from autism like myself to personality disorders. I know how an unstable person looks like and Britney is 100% unstable.
Totally agree. So many others would have ended themselves after a drop of what Britney has gone through yet she still swims onward.

Lithium is a seizure medication as well. It essentially levels out brain waves. This means you dont get extreme bads, but you also lose most good feelings along with it. To have Britney on it against her will is like forcing the light out of someones daily experience. I feel so bad for her
Quick edit for those commenting here: I said for seizures "as well." I was implying that it works on the same mechanism, for both mood stabilizing and seizure prevention by keeping the brain in the middle with no highs or lows. It can literally decrease the ceiling for good feelings. I'm just expressing why it's so unethical
Lithium is used to treat bipolar disorders as well now !!! Never heard of it used as a seizure medication but if you’re not really bipolar then it will make you act out

Lithium is not used for epilepsy or non epileptic seizures. It not an anti seizure medication but a antimanic class psychiatric med for bipolar disorder, it a very strong mood stabilizing medication that is intended to reduce manic episodes and also depressive episodes. If given to a patient who is misdiagnosed bipolar but the correct diagnosis is ptsd (this is what I believe she is working through now) well that medication would harm not help. Especially if the person is still experiencing trauma at the time. Very sad, my heart and prayers go to Brit. She is a sweet good soul and she just needs to heal. ❤️🙏🏼❤️✨

Britney told us she did a lot of therapy to get through the memoir writing, and it clearly shows -- she still is and maybe even more so the down to earth, fair and responsible woman we all know love and look up to.
I still remember the first time I watched "Britney: for the record", and she was there, trying to analyse herself, her situation, the cards she had in hand, and how that posture standed out to me; she had every reason at that point, and even a little allowance from public perception, in the moment of that documentary, to go ahead and complain a little; but instead she was trying to power through what she was trying to rationalize as being consequences to her own acts. She is nothing like the rest of her family, and honestly, I think that's her biggest blessing in life!
Have u seen 2 short videos where, Brit announces that she finished her book(Eww, and all the while she's talking all u can hear is some dude breathing/wheezing hard)and then she starts saying the lyrics from a Beach Boys song, but then she starts playing around(of course Britney Spears stans are already aware that she doesn't mean any harm, it's just our beloved Brit joking )and the guy recording starts repeatedly saying "It's too much! It's too much!" So(myself included)we all leave comments telling him to "Leave her alone!" and I know I commented about how "She's being our sweetheart Britney, DAMN she can't do anything without someone telling her what to do?" plus "The only thing that is too much, is how ol boy's breathing all hard as if he's watching porno?" amongst all the other ppl telling him off.
A little while later, the same video pops up but his breathing is edited out 🤣😂and it's been shortened. Just the part about her announcing her book and the BB song lyrics are there? 😞 Britney's situation triggers me because of my own traumatizing childhood-early adulthood, and I'm happy she's fighting back. She's trying to fight past her trauma and just be happy.🥰

I remember tabloids from years ago when I was a young teen, I remember it was Brittany handing her mother a letter on a set telling her to Stay Away from her because she was getting really chummy with K-fed when they were going through a divorce.. I bought the book today, im almost 100 pages in and so hooked. It hits close to home cus im from louisiana and she mentions the towns where i live and grew up in a lot. This book is making me cry tho because she got put thru hell and she is such a family woman. Im so glad she gets to share her story now.

As someone who’s mother abused and drugged them all their life and gas lit them I feel for Britney. I know the pain of your entire family betraying and using you. I’m glad she is free now but it won’t be a easy rest of her life because once your broken this way there is no fixing it there is just living one day at a time as a addict would live. It’s sad. If Britney was treated for depression during and after her pregnancy dealing with perinatal and post partum depression I believe she wouldn’t have spiraled so low for these bottom feeders to have taken so much control. Lithium is dangerous and would never ever be given to a pregnant or nursing woman.

So I bought the audiobook and listened to it today and it's very good. Britney is such a strong woman. I could relate alot to the childhood she had and gained a new perspective of the Britney we all love. I am so happy that she is finally able to live her life. I encourage everyone to support Britney by getting her book and listening to her story. She's a Phoenix ❤❤

I‘ll never forget how I discovered Britney. I got a promo VHS tape partially made from styrofoam in a Backstreet Boys package. I remember playing it and when I saw Britney on screen, I was hooked. I grew up with her and was one of the young girls who was supposedly “corrupted” by her. Thank you Britney for never giving up. You are inspiring.

If anyone knows about the narcissistic family dynamic, there's the golden child, forgotten one and the scapegoat. Scapegoats are often the middle child, most empathetic and talented (not all the time). Britney was that role, a ticket to fame yet the fall for all. Go Britney 🥰

I was put on lithium and it was horrible they took a lot of blood from me and I felt like I was not in control of my body. So I can relate to Britney in that way.
She was to Pure, Sweet, & Such a Beauty that was Always trying to be Taken from her Caring Soul. Britney's Life would of been so different if she was surrounded by Good People in it & not Toxic for her. It's Really just Sad. All she wanted was to Be Happy & Live like we all want 💖

I can imagine it was brutal after they forced Britney as a teen to give up being pregnant but at sixteen Jamie Lynn had her baby. Keeping Britney as the money machine as always. That picture of her coming out of that facility is so haunting. You can see she has been drugged. I am happy her book is out into the world and is getting great reviews. I hope her and her sons will find peace one day as they age.
