Isn't it 5 chest compressions and then check for the object in the mouth and then 2 breaths if no object is found?

Hey i was wondering if they where choking and have a object inside is it safe to use a mask while they are on their back?
Personally i think it should be a law that all people in order to graduate all levels of school need to learn and pass CPR.
