Yeah, it has been made very clear that that videogame adaption movie from Paramount has become one of the most highly anticipated movies of the year especially because of all of what's been revealed about it so far, and because of the major worldwide demand for the release of it's first trailer! Sonic 3 will save those kind of movies for sure because of the facts that it's getting a lot of inspiration from one of the most popular games from the Sonic franchise, Shadow the hedgehog will play a big role in it, and because it has recently been revealed that the head of Sonic Team (Takashi Isuka) has been trying to make sure that that studio won't have Shadow be done wrong in that movie. He has his name in the credits of SA2 so he knows a good amount of what to say to Paramount about this.
I think Twisters will be a moderate success. I've actually heard a lot of in-person talk about it, so it may not have the most vocal hype, but I think it is there.
In my opinion I am more hyped for MaXXXine than any other winter time movies (I’m Australian, so it isn’t summer). Ti West is one of the best horror filmmakers in recent years along with James Wan and Jordan Peele. I did see Despicable Me, and will watch Deadpool & Wolverine and Beetlejuice Beetlejuice.
It was awful, and don't forget new tales from the borderlands and that awful story in borderlands 3. The series is dead, this is flopping. The movie Itself looks unfaithful and bad, the popularity is nowhere to be found, there was no reason to make this. The casting is also awful, everyone is too old or too young.

A Quiet Place: Day One is doing pretty well, grossing $220.7 million. Despicable Me 4 grossed $437 million, but not the biggest so far. Only time will tell… MaXXXine has currently grossed only $14.7 million. Update 7/23/2024: Twister has grossed $123 million on its opening weekend.

well, you're already wrong about Inside Out 2! It topped the box office! Which is what Disney needed considering they had a horrible year at the box office with so many flops last year. Not gonna judge Deadpool and Wolverine, but I think that one will do just fine, as well as Despicable Me 4. Borderlands I am little iffy on, considering it's based off of a video game franchise and some of the casting choices are a bit questionable.
I do hope IO2 does succeed because i have watched it and honestly, its a great film and it really returns you to the world of Riley in a new perspective which can be really relatable since i was kid when Inside Out came out and now that im a teenager, Inside Out 2 comes out and i am delighted to have seen it.

We technically got a Borderlands game like three years ago. Tiny Tina’s Wonderland was technically a borderlands game but it was a bomb.
