My Brother, I think that warmup set is callled Feeder's set. (if you do like 4 reps just to know what your working Set will be). I Noticed you did it in your back workout for most of them. I just began this method last week too so I noticed it right away. Very good

I found if I did squats on the Smith machine if my feet are not a little bit in front of me my knees would experience a lot of pain.

I am your biggest fan; please trust me on that.
However, with no disrespect, may I suggest that you force yourself to look into the camera, if only for a moment longer each time you glance at it (at least to get started). Take a look at Larry's videos. Perhaps he is a natural, immediately comfortable in front of the camera, which you have stated openly that you are not. I also realize that it is hard to stare at a round piece of cold glass, an inanimate object. But if you are going to do this, then bury the ambivalence and get on with it.
Display that awesome heart and spirit in the manner most deserving. You will definitely have a greater impact and reach more people this way, which is in furtherance of your heart's intent as well.
