Really excited that Chitty's in Sheffield. I work front of house at Sheffield Theatres and was in the auditorium for part of it today. I've a feeling I'm going to enjoy my shifts for the next few weeks haha! Felt so genuinely happy for you today as well when I saw you take your bow - you just looked so thankful and humble, and I felt so proud to be a fan of yours. You deserve all the applause that you were given! Looking forward to the rest of the shifts there :) xxx
The title was so intriguing but it makes sense now!!! I'm new to this whole hopeful and have only started watching Carrie/Tom/Giovanna/Pete recently but it's been awesome I've spent two days binge watching specifically Carrie's videos that I hadn't seen and they're so good omg. So uplifting. Also Carrie and Pete make such a cute couple it's adorable!!

I hope you are feeling better after your fall. When I was in Oliver we had a rehearsal at the theatre and in the funeral parlour scene the man playing Mr Bumble tripped over the coffin which was on the floor behind him and he literally flipped backwards, in a flash all we could see from sitting at the back of the stalls was a pair of legs up in the air wiggling about. Of course we laughed about it afterwards but for a moment the entire theatre was completely silent. I don't think I'll ever forget that moment. But honestly it was scary for a moment he wasn't exactly a young man either.
I saw you in Chitty yesterday and really enjoyed the show as you as well as the rest of the cast gave a fantastic performance. Was concerned after your fall on stage but glad to her you are in good health and hope you had a well deserved cup of tea after the show!

I assume the 'Fonteyn' on the dressing room was regarding Margot Fonteyn, a very famous ballerina who danced with the Royal ballet and is a huge part of baller history! Brilliant video as always Carrie :) xxx
Just did a little cheer when I saw the rehearsal room as I recognised the Lyceum and the hospital beds that we used for our production in the Crucible theatre next door! :) x

Carrie! I'm from Sheffield and I can tell you there is a beautiful waterstones in Orchard square "next to river island" which has an amazing cafe upstairs which is also next to a cute little hand made jewellery shop xx

If you find time to have a nice brunch/lunch while you're in Sheffield I can recommend Tamper Coffee. Wonderful new Zealand based food and coffee. Also if you get a day off and a way to get out there Mayfield Alpaca Farm is a must, just on the edge of Sheffield

I once sat on a chair and the back legs went through a gap in the stage. I was fine and we all carried on, but for a moment my face showed pure, primal fear. My face is incredibly expressive and has no chill.
Omg! I went to see and he other at the Lyceum! So welcome to Yorkshire! Btw it was amazing and my eyes light up with the same spark they did when I was a little kid when I saw the car. Definitely would recommend ❤️

I love Carrie's vlogs when she's on tour. I find them really interesting! But I really hope maybe one day she might do a sit down 'how to be positive" kinda thing. Like "To my 16 year old self" is honestly one I always go back to and it makes me happy without fail! Just hoping there might be a video like that again. I just got back from watching the show and u were amazing, absolutely loved it x!
Don't worry if you fall on stage. One time I was supposed to help with a stage transition, but forgot and when i got reminded, I ran to my position, but tripped on a stage wire and fell hard. So much so that the audience audibly gasped/groaned. But i picked myself up and completed the rest of the play perfectly fine. Problem was my knee had swollen twice its size by the time i got home.
Thank you so much for inspiring me to wear my hair more curly and embrace it. I don't have totally curly hair, it's more a wave curl.. but I just did it today with a diffuser and it looks wonderful. xx

you can get wifi in the Lyceum! if you cant find it, then go to the Crucible next door and ask at the bar. (it's called Sheffield theatres but i cant remember the password. Cant wait to watch you on my birthday!x

Carrie there's wifi at the Lyceum, I used to work there before I moved to london, use the staff wifi ;) also go to Andrews Cafe on Chapel Walk. Wonderful cakes :) you can't miss it, next to M&S, it's the alley opposite the Crucible stage door, also ask about the ghost stories in the Lyceum :) Xx

I came to watch you on Wednesday and I can honestly say that I did NOT see your fall at all and I only found out when you tweeted! You recovered from it brilliantly so well done for that! Not only that, but you were phenomenal all the way throughout and had me in tears multiple times! Enjoy the rest of your time in Sheffield! Also, a quick question. Carrie I know your probably never gonna see this but I really hope you do. I am an aspiring actress/singer, I take singing lessons and I used to be in a drama group but I had to stop due to school. Your videos and work really inspire me and I just really wanted you to know that. I know I'm only 11 (year 7) and you probably don't care but I just wanted to say thank you for being such a big inspiration to me.😘

I was in a show once when the main actress broke her leg leaving the stage for the interval, so we just had a longer interval than usual and a girl stepped in and did the second half holding the script xx

While you're in Sheffield, definitely go to Marmaduke's and Steam Yard. There are so many great coffee shops in the centre! And obviously Moon Unit Tea Emporium for every kind of tea you could ever want.

Wooooo you're in Sheffield! Go to The Wick At Both Ends on West Street for cocktails, seriously Rhubarb and Custard cocktail is the greatest drink you will ever have! Also Lemon Drizzles!

Don't miss a video from you, sorry to hear you fell on stage, I remember when I fell on stage it was a portable stage and forgot there was no back. I literally was on stage one minute and then under the stage the next so embarrassing funny but it hurt so much! Take care on stage!! Dangerous place especially if us stage crew are in the way!! Xxxx
