I was in tears twice last week on hearing/reading the testimony of 2 mums. Both had daughters who had decided they were trans and were absolutely devastated. We must get this stopped from being taught in schools. How many were trans in my school in the 1970s? Zero. Why? Because nobody had even heard of it. This is a social mania akin to bulimia, self-harm, etc. This is harming children and causing great distress in families and is absolutely unacceptable.

I listened to a phone in where a poor mother was crying because her 13 yr old had come home from school saying she was transgender, also four of her friends are 'trans'. This is too horrendous for words, a whole generation being destroyed by this utter BS. How is this being allowed and I am a retired teacher?

@@MoominJude Desperately sad. The final straw for me was allowing certain pupils to dodge science lessons and the fact that certain school bullies were never challenged. I was pulled before a headmaster livid I had told a child to strike back at a bully. He hated to be told that "report it to a teacher " was a joke to a bullied child fully aware teachers would do nothing and the bully would receive no sanction. He chose not to see that the bully had became an exemplar for bad behaviour .

The job of schools should be to nurture and support kids with essential learning - ie core subjects including Maths, English, Science and Geography - it should not be to indoctrinate them into woke ideology.

most of the things we have to learn in schools is not essential, don’t use it in everyday life (apart from writing in English, some math like percentages, some Science like knowing what temperature water boils, and knowing at least some Geography)
but they don’t teach money management and how to pay taxes (which should be included in Math’s curriculum), they don’t teach psychology, emotional management, how to deal with emotions, how to deal with bullying, assertive communication and conflict resolution, they don’t teach goal setting and how to deal with obstacles and failures, they don’t teach basics of entrepreneurship
@@FruityHachi - you missed out reading. I would also have added history. As 18 is now the leaving age I agree some practical subjects should be touched on such as you mention, in particular politics and how the country is run, gain some knowledge of political parties to help them understand who they will vote for when they are 18. I know they will pick up some of this from home but I believe 16-18 is a good age to do this. Some financial aspects and others you mention, I think should be learned from parents as they are growing up.

I had a massive argument with my other half over the weekend about this exact subject as she works in schools with children.
She doesn't get why I am so anti this progressive crap that wants to teach and expose kids to the whole gender ideology and that in my opinion is destroying childhood and is a major contributing factor in why so many kids / teenagers are now having serious mental health issues.
This pressure on kids is utterly abhorrent being told that it's ok to one day wake up as boy and the next day you can be a girl if you like, or if you really want too just take some puberty blockers and mutilate your breasts or sexual organs and you can be a non binary lesbian trans watermelon.

Some years ago I started doing the PHSCE course but as soon as we were expected to teach 4 year olds about homosexuality I called it a day.

Last week my 8 year old son's Christian school sent an email to let parents know children would be starting sex education. I immediately called the head teacher furious about what my son was learning and letting them know that if they cannot respect my religious and moral boundaries I will remove him from the school. It is horrendous that they feel they have the right to teach this mindless trash to innocent children is a total violation of parental rights.
It’s not just schools it’s workplaces too. My company proudly dedicated a whole magazine to Pride and had a float at the Pride Parade taking kids along. All while the company is losing money.
Children should be taught to read, write and do their sums. If teachers want to treat them like adults they should go and work in higher education and stop abusing children. If a stranger came up and exposed them to this information they would be arrested. Why aren't these disgusting teachers in jail. Young children should not be treated as maturing adults or asked to make life changing decisions whe they can't spell their name yet, They are little kids. Protect them or get out.

I have been saying this for at least five years! They definitely are sexualising our young children! Leave our children alone...to be children! Childhood is fleeting and for most of us, the happiest time of our lives. There is plenty of time to be adults and this fleeting childhood is being taken away from them...by scools! When I was at school we had a lesson called biology, but it was only taught to children of 11 yrs and older, for obvious reasons, it would be too much for infants to understand. So getting back to the biology lesson, we were taught about THE TWO GENDERS, Male & female animals such as rabbits etc etc before going onto the the human race, noting that as humans love & emotions are involved unlike most animals. As for the unnecessary nonsense the teachers are ramming down the kids throats these days it is obscene to say the least and very frightening for infants it’s a no wonder so many youngsters have mental problems and inferior complexes these days.
I think it’s time parents right across the UK got together ( as there’s far more parents then the socialists teachers, not forgetting their corrupt unions ) ) to get these sickening lessons banned and unlawful from ALL schools. As the saying goes, where there’s a will, there’s a way, so parents need to push hard against these sick lessons for the sake of their children and future children
I would rather children were allowed their innocence as long as possible too. Unfortunately because of things like the internet, very young children are being exposed to all sorts of horrific stuff (by horrific I'm not talking about gender issues, I'm talking about 'p0rn' etc.), so I think there needs to be some sort of education around these things. Maybe schools aren't the place for it, parents should be taking the reigns on this. Sadly, I think a lot of parents are dropping the ball and leaving their kids to navigate these choppy waters on their own.

I watched “What is a Woman” and could not believe what I was seeing and hearing. When it was over I did not know if to be furiously angry or absolutely saddened by what I had just seen!
My five year old daughter came back from school two weeks ago and said that its okay to be a boy or girl if you like you can be anything you want to. Also she has been taught electricty is bad and chopping down trees is bad. Its very concerning.

When I was at school the things that you were taught had relevance to your own history and culture. In English you were taught about the history of the language, poetry, literature and the associated figures critical to the development of English to the present day. The same for all other subjects and even the foreign languages (German and French) that had an impact on the English language (perhaps Latin should have been there too). Now education is about contemporary politics and beliefs and destroying the legacy of the culture that exists here rather than looking to understand, preserve and build upon it.
We need a party that can see the damage people and government are letting others do to the majority of the adults and mainly children in this country. In what we see in parades of recent times, and what we don't see but know is damaging young white females. The schools and streets need cleaning up. With Reclaim understanding, and with a need for common sense and rid our lives of sleaze and misconception.

really I am not too happy about what is being taught in School.
My child (12) now believe she is gay. he friend who is a girl says she is a boy and wants to be called by a boy name now.
she has not had a boyfriend, she sees the boys of her age being childish.
But her Friend has a problem and the reason why I see they want to be a boy. Is that her Father left to be with another woman, her mother is not taking it well.. So the child is just not wanting to get hurt in the same way. So If I see myself as some one else then the pain and getting hurt will go away.
My child learnt Far more when I taught he during lockdown than what the school is now teaching her.
Remember this is not about the child's education, or them being aware of their sexual orientation. This is about convincing them, that even at a young age, they are sexual beings and therefore it is ok for them to have sexual feelings about people but it is also ok for people to have sexual feelings about them.
It's another step near to the normalisation/"acceptance" of paedophilia
Kids will come home thinking wrong to be white or to not to have a family with pronouns. Let kids grow up, enjoy being a kid and find their way in life and what makes them happy.
