Aqua Fitness Deep Water Workout - 20 BEST EXERCISES for the deep end of your pool- AquaFIIT

- This AquaFIIT deep water cardio pool noodle workout is intermediate/advanced level to challenge the complete body with toning, balance, core and more. Coach Stacy will take you thru 20 exercises using a pool noodle for extra resistance and support. After the workout, join Coach Stacy for a stretch at the end. We will get to those major muscle groups, especially the lower body and the core. Due to the properties of water, being in the deeper water will engage more muscles, provide more resistance and be easier on your joints. This workout is of higher intensity, so a buoyancy belt is definitely recommended to assist. Please take breaks as needed and make sure you use your best posture while you are executing your moves. Most importantly, have fun!

I Finally got a buoyancy belt so I could try this one despite not having a deep end. I figured I could still do this one in my 54 inch deep pool with the belt and I was right. I just modified a couple of times. This one was definitely challenging. Thanks so much Stacy.

Then got picked up by a private community 3x a week as residents instructor, real good money, and now I am subbing also at another community center about 80 students and now I have a following. The phone is ringing from places I never called . Who knew!?( I was a fitness competitor and trainer years back). I looove the water fitness! So helpful for so many people! I'm going to continue!
