No entanto ele é um cara acessível , está sempre se misturando a músicos jovens e se divertindo ... Ele mostra sua arte e compartilha a arte dos outros sem pose e sem frescuras .

Steve Vai is such a mature musician. He knows how to feature the younger guys. They are lucky. And this Zappesque begining of his solo. It made everybody in the room listen to those long notes.
I'm a big fan of mateuse's wildly playing.. But man Steve with his maturity he's really painting a great art..

Dude... it's just hard to say anything after watching such a masterpiece made by these three beasts.
Truth is I'll always be a Mateus' fan hahaha so I appreciate every single note he plays. Crazy how we can identify some of the patterns he usually plays, but he's mastered them in a level that it can fit in every style, tempo, and chord progression hahhah. It's exactly all about his idea of telling a story behind. You've got the "words", you just gotta put 'em out at the right contexts. Sometimes you'll speak with more intensity (06:49), some other times you'll just chill (01:25) hahahha
And Marcin's acurracy on hitting the notes so specifically and so damn well played, combining groove and percussion all at once... it's just insane. And Vai is a king. hahah

Such a fine line between genius and guitar masturbation. I have never seen Steve play less notes than everyone else until this. I love Mateus, he is incredibly musical, but clearly he was just in shock and awe mode. Kudos for having Marcin up there and allowing him to bring his style into that format. My guess is he had the most fun.

Let me just say, I've been watching guitar players do instrumentals sense the '80s. Yngwie, Bonamassa, Vinny Moore, Joe Satriani, Liquid tension experiment (One of my favorites) and literally all the others. Including all the new guys Polyphia And I just want to say this was very cool.
