I wish there were deals in western NC . It’s the new Florida. Fixer uppers like this are $175k
Anything $250 and under sells right away. My last fixer upper is the one I’m in and bought around 2016. It still needs work and I can’t hire anyone to do anything. It’s a hard place to live here and I’m looking elsewhere to find a place to move to. Hate to leave the mountains, but I’m being driven out like the people who left Florida and came here. 🤦‍♀️
