    5:40 and 14:51 - You’ll also notice here, guys, that the fins on all these coils are extremely thin. Notice the fins bend flat every time he punches his finger or fist into the coil. No heat will be exchanged at that exact point until they’re straightened back out!

    Looks like there was also some face and bypass dampers by the DX coils. I've worked on plenty of Munters units, never a 4 seasons. Cool video and explanation. A DOAS unit is also designed to keep a neutral temp not designed for comfort cooling/ heating

      Good eye Jason, you nailed it these are not designed for comfort cooling/heating designed to maintain a target temp and humidity while supplying make-up air like you said.
      Thanks for spelling that out a little clearer than I did in the video, appreciate it !!

      @David Harty how are those face and bypass dampers set up. Im assuming its taking outdoor ambient and enthaply. If conditions are correct, open the bypass/ snd or modulate and cool with ODA or keep discharge air temp at set point.

      @davidharty3653  Před rokem

      @@jasonjohnsonHVAC Target runs them with as much outdoor air as they can based on temp and humidity like you said during occupied hours year round
      They’re using them for dehumidified make air in the summer and heated / dehumidified make up air in the winter, for the grocery side of the store
      Bypass is only closed in night setback mode / unoccupied
