What's inside this GIANT fully functional NES controller

This controller is one of my most prized possessions in my entire collection. I hope everyone can enjoy it as much as I do. With that being said this thing needs some serious improvements mainly the D-pad and A,B buttons. Please leave your suggestions on how I can improve upon this project in the comments, Ill gladly take any suggestions.

Dood stuff, I was laughing most of the time. I want a giant N64 controller now. Might need your help building and using it. Keep up the awesome work man.

I'd try adding (glue) small pieces of wood to the bottom of the big buttons to fill up the space to the top of the momentary switches (so you don't have to press down so far). Fix the springs so they don't move around - drill a (like a countersink) hole so they stay in place?

It's not that terrible just a pain because how inaccurate the buttons are.
