Thanku Mohsin..and Rajan..for amazing recepie...i made sambhar in so many styles but kabhi wo baat nahi aati the..idli jitni achi banti thee..sanbhar itna hi average..so did not feel like making also.
Today tried this recepie..and it came out super great....such nice texture and colour...
But i made a little change in this..
Jo masala inhoney banaya...usko mainey grind kar ke strain kar diya..jis se texture bahut smooth and badhiya aaya...
