Mohsinji, main Chicago mei rehti hun. I am a big fan of all your videos. I have tried and perfected a lot of street food. There is one thing I miss and that is the chutney that the cycle idliwalas in Mumbai give. I have never managed to nail that perfectly. If you ever manage to post that, I will be eternally grateful!

Can u plz help me wid d measures, m slightly confuse, first he said 1kg rawa, half kg urad dal, then he mixed 200gm urad dsl wid only 5 tbsp soaked rawa, so wat ratio did u use,did u grind d rawa also?
