The title should read, "Canada on the path to 2 percent inflation rate" not 2 percent interest rate.

Tiff is a snake, economics 101, you don't print money for nothing, you also don't jack rates to correct your mistake based upon economics 101.

They know if they cut rates they'll exacerbate inflation. But if they raise rates they'll tighten credit and put the assry bubble at risk.
