- ►what's up guys, on today's video we'll be taking a look at the Xbox 20th Anniversary Special Edition Wired Headset. I'm quite happy that I was able to get my hand on one of these headsets for the mainly for 20th Anniversary of Xbox.
With that said... I wasn't too happy with the actual product. I don't know if I'm being too picky but do let me know what your think!

Does this come with a dynamic theme for the Xbox like the 20th anniversary controller?

Where did you buy the black light from I have been trying to find one so I can see the easter egg on the xbox 20th anniversary box
Why is the audio so low do I need to buy an adaptor for the controller to plug the headset into? I like how light it is but that low sound is terrible!
I have the headset but the problem is that the mic is too short and doesn't pick up voices unless you pretty much take it off and speak with it an inch from the mouth. Any way to fix that? I've already adjusted the other settings in the Xbox itself so I don't know if it's just poor mic quality or a thing about the mic I don't know about.
The mic is really good, i can communitcate with it easily and it doesn't appear in my vision
You should really do a test of the headset before giving your opinion. I put my Astro a50’s back in the box after using the wireless version of this headset.

You can adjust it but it really depend on the game, overrall it's pretty good

Is that so? I use the controller on a xbox one fat. I did not know that.

I wish I hadn’t bought this headset. The audio quality is not worth $70, not to mention the poor build quality. One month of use and the jack is wearing out and the volume knob has popped off multiple times

I don’t use this as my main headset for those reasons. It looks cool, but that’s it. Lol. Not the best headset for Xbox for sure

No it isn’t lol makes it better since you won’t have to charge your headset and replace it once the battery becomes faulty
@@BlueCivid umm once the wire breaks which it will because they always do you have to replace the whole headset.All good headsets nowadays let you unplug the wire and replace it with no problem
@@mikelucas3272 or you could just re-splice the wires, besides unless you’re handling your headset like a gorilla flinging it’s shit your headset should be perfectly fine.
@@BlueCivid not true sometimes they just break from inserting and pulling out of controller over and over again.Or you can just buy a cheap replacement wire like most of the headsets available.It’s the standard now and for any company to sell any headset over $30 without this feature wants the customer to keep rebuying headsets
@@mikelucas3272 well if you’re unplugging by the cable instead of the plastic that’s meant to be pulled yea I can see what you’re saying. But I’ve had pure wired headsets since I started playing in 2010 as an 8 year old, and I have never dealt with that. Worst thing that happened to me was some afterglow mic giving out and making crackling noises.
