Sir when I do skull crusher my left hand get tilted ( bent) so can i improve it
@@amanjain904 try using dumbells it will be easy on ur joints also, and wait for the yatiender sir to reply till then give it a shot to dumbells
I tried with dumbell but it was not much affective
@@amanjain904 bro ull lift less weight in dumbell as compear to the weight u lift on ex bar curle but trust me it will save ur joints in long run ull fell them in last few reps see dnt try to go heavy like 12.5 or 15 kg each side ull end up hurting urself be on a safe side do more reps devolve ur mind muscule connection and ull fell them better time under tension build muscule eight dnt mater in bodybuilding hypertrophy dose u cn archive it by volume training i m sure by that ull fell it more effectively

Depend krta hai aapka workout kaisa hai . Agar strength training kr rhe ho to muscle ko 2 baar train mt kro isse CNS fatigue ho sakta hai . Biceps and triceps you can perform twice a week .
It's all about training your cns, just make sure you don't do too much volume that body can't recover from..
@@nayeemshaikh4803CNS fatigue hi ho gya fir to , that's what I'm trying to explain. Can you put the same intensity on the other day if it doesn't get recovered properly?
@@mahenbatra5803 mere bhai.. Cns fatigue nhi hoga..if you're hitting 16 sets per week for chest then divide it do 8 on day 1 then 8 on day 2...mps lasts for 48 hrs.. So u can keep a gap of 2 days.. B4 hitting the same muscle..the keeps mps elevated throughout the week..
