- Welcome to a new challenge! This time I'm doing the bring sally up with a trx core exercise. This one was hard but so easy if you compere to do it with pull ups and toes 2 bar, give it a try!

Very inspirational! Thanks again for the tips on pull ups.We met on Sat at Oceanblue Gym in Papamoa, NZ. My target is now to achieve the Bring Sally Up challenge!
