  • Welcome to a new challenge! This time I'm doing the bring sally up with a trx core exercise. This one was hard but so easy if you compere to do it with pull ups and toes 2 bar, give it a try!

    Very inspirational! Thanks again for the tips on pull ups.We met on Sat at Oceanblue Gym in Papamoa, NZ. My target is now to achieve the Bring Sally Up challenge!

    I can‘t do this at home, because I haven‘t got any spot for the „Siles“, but I have one question: What is harder, the up or down?
