Awesome my friend, so very happy you enjoyed it and I thank you so much for your support and kind words, it means a ton to me. I make them as detailed as possible because I when ever I look for a video on how to do something, it KILLLS me when they miss a step or don't talk about what they think is obvious, I try to cover it all, thinking like a person that has never done it before and the questions they would ask, I try to at least. Thanks so much for mentioning it, it means a ton to me.

I started with the 5700xt that has gone to the youngest son, then had the 6700xt that has gone to our oldest son and will sit on this for a good 6 years as I now have the 7700 xt. As for the fan haah, yeah, if it were my main system yes I would but this system and a few others are just for reviews, though this one I am doing LOTS of testing with and the gpu stays nice and cool. Great vid!!! I'm just switching from an EVGA 2060rtx to a Red Devil 7800xt and I really needed to understand how to change the drivers xD
Quick question, I have an i5-10400f and I wanted to change it to a better one, was thinking of the i5-10600k or the i7-10700kf so I could also upgrade my ram from 16gm 2666MHz to 3600Mhz, so I wanted to know if that CPU upgrade is worth it, if it makes a real difference and if it will be able to keep up with the 7800xt for a few years.

    • @ThisBytesForYou

it may not be enough power, 700Watts is for the entire system, under load, so when you are gaming, if you pass 650 for a few seconds, your system will turn off, you may get a bluescreen or have issues. I have been buying 1000Watts for over 15 years, never needed to replace a single one, I pay a little more upfront, but I have saved sooooooooo much over the years, and I have never had 1 die on me.
