I really can't believe that people complain over unknown noise level, and that they wouldn't be able to use the road for a few days.
It would've generated so much more tourism and prestige to the city, if it could boast itself as a Grand Prix destination.
It was just before corona really hit the news, back in 2018... there was dead water in media, so as soon as somebody questioned it and unreasonable complaints started its whispering, media was all over it, (sensation media) then the mayor and vital spearhead movers backed out.

I hope to see you in more F1 broadcasts because like many others have said, you bring such a special perspective and energy. With all that being said, I have this weird, strong feeling of wanting you to do one or two more seasons of F1. I feel like you’d have so much fun and experience it through a completely different lens. I think it would be some of your most fun and joyous racing experiences, and some of your best driving, regardless of your physical abilities or level of the car. That’s selfishly from a fans perspective, of course. It’s just a feeling and a cool thought. 1. So much history at the circuit (Lauda, Clark, Ferrari, Williams and Lotus).
    2. It is a technical flowing circuit similar to RedBull ring. So not another fancy street circuit that's become the norm in F1
    3. The area around the circuit has been totally revamped into a new mini-city called Waterfall which will provide loads of entertainment and hospitality to teams and fans.
    4. The circuit has been renovated extensively too from Porsche's investments after purchasing it
    5. If FIA really do want to do complete their 'World championship' title they should come to Africa to completely be on all continents
    6. There is a growing motorsport scene in South Africa and a substantial F1 following.

I'm curious to know - when you're playing this game and analysing the lap, can you literally imagine the feeling of driving an F1 car around the track (whether it be as if you're in the seat or just the feeling of how the car might react to the corners etc)

Since F1 seems to be on a new place binge, I would love to see if it's possible to build a track with the backdrop of the Swiss Alps somehow. Considering it would be a bit more of a hilly/mountainous track, it would have a lot more rise and falls, with the potential of creating an iconic corner that is on par with the likes of Eau Rouge/Raidillon of Spa, Turn one of the USGP or the Corkscrew of Laguna Seca. It is a tourist attraction as is, why not have a Swiss GP?

Boavista Portugal Street circuit would be a great add back to the F1 calendar. It was an amazing street circuit. It was only used twice for F1. (1958, 1960). Great overtaking and 2 straights 1 long and 1 medium straight. It was used recently for WTCC Race of Portugal (2007, 2009, 2011, 2013) also I think they may have changed the layout a little since the F1 days, but it's still an amazing track.

Hear me out. We have have a race somewhere on the coast of the Mediterranean to give it that Monaco feel but it gives a chance to have a track with better overtaking opportunities. I think somewhere cool would be like Greece, Cyprus, or even the Croatian coast like Dubrovnik. I love seeing historical tracks and would love to see some of the classics again but seeing new tracks (as long as they are well done) are an absolute joy. Lets just not make too many races a year so these people can see their families once and a while.

Really interesting(and accurate) take on Carlo's form and the psychology of pressure from an ex F1 driver/champ.
