And you just do this in a crowded gym at 6pm in the evening with everyone waiting for you to finish so they hit their triceps, meanwhile you are just lying on the floor taking your time 😂
@@i_needlifeadvice2790 I'm guessing he meant the lateral raise, which you could probably also do with a band. But also - anyone who thinks their exercise time is more important than others can kick rocks.
Thank you for this! Been dealing with scapular issues and noticed yesterday my torso looked real crooked setting up for a squat. This advice is right on time for me
My winged shoulder is on the same side of my ribcage that inflates fully 🤷♂️ I trust the exercises will help, but I think they could go back to the drawing board when thinking of causes.
No this is from a pelvis ileum rotation difference around S1 our balance point. The spine compensation creates a small twist in the lumbar region due the ileum which is then compensated in the thoracic region. If you don't hit the true cause.. it will always return. Unfortunately, the true cause is more tricky due to the body being 3D.
I have slight bend in my scapula idk for how long i have that but it affects my gym form i am unable to bilateral exercises for bicep and triceps anyone relating??
Make a motion like you are removing a sword from a hilt and lifting it above your head imitating the motion he is creating while laying down. You can take a band and put it on a doorknob. And pull the band for resistance making that same from hip to air motion
@williamalvarado1419 🙂 I definitely feel better these days. I've always worked out. However, learning about the importance of balance, deadlifts, ass to grass and knees over toes, etc, and implementing corrections has been a game changer. My back feels better at 53 than it did in my 20s. I love the internet for how much it helps with understanding. ❤️❤️❤️ I only occasionally get a bit depressed, and then I get right back to work, but it was too good a line to use after listening to it used in the video.
Seems like hes putting the foam roller on the opposite side to the winging side, hes on the left side with the foam roller and on the right side with the cable.
Yes it's very common, especially for people who lean to one side whilst driving. After all, it's our daily positional habits that causes postural issues and muscular imbalances.
I think this is exactly what I suffer from, and it's fucking with my bench. Do you know of an exercise that doesn't look at.. Sorta.. Silly as laying on the floor?
CZcams shorts has shown me issues I never knew I had
Our algorithm shows your back hurts. Feel better. ❤️🩹
Damn even my ribcage is depressed

uhh why should we do it during that time
If I'm not taking up more space than the machine, I'll use it how I want.
You have every right to use that machine for the exercise you choose. As long as your not being a jerk

@@hogie13765exactly!!!
This was such a beautiful and simple explanation of an issue I have been dealing with for months! Thank you
I've finally found something in your youtube channel that could help me
This would explain why my back feels sore around my left shoulder blade...
Oh my goodness, i have so much soreness and achiness in that area for months now. Right around the shoulder blade and rhomboids.
Thank you for this! Been dealing with scapular issues and noticed yesterday my torso looked real crooked setting up for a squat. This advice is right on time for me
Huge!!!! Thank you for sharing this.
Bro no way, the left side of my rib cage caves in and i have the exact thing you mentioned, ive been looking for a fix for so long thank you so much
Keep up the good work
Thanks again

Ty for the advice
This is great content
I have one scapula that's always out of place and always cracks when moving
There’s nothing humerus about shoulder depression
hahahahaha
Gorgeous
Love you 🎉❤
Is it important to do the exercise right after? Or is it okay if its on different days?
If you are a side sleeper that's usually the side where your scapula is winged. Sucks
Nice
Pleasee can you tell me how to strenghtening the piriformis muscle? Really need it, thank you
🙄 great... now even my shoulders are depressed! 😭
Wil this help rib flair on one side too?
My left rib cage pops out. I was told that lifted to much at 12 years old…. Therefore started lifting to soon
I thought the only way to fix it was to wear strapped jacket around the rib cage
What if you have scapular winging and can’t do external rotation?
Sure it’s not just a lack of Serratus anterior engagement
i have both scapula winged. thats not normal?
My rib cage expands equally on both sides, is that not normal?
No this is from a pelvis ileum rotation difference around S1 our balance point. The spine compensation creates a small twist in the lumbar region due the ileum which is then compensated in the thoracic region. If you don't hit the true cause.. it will always return. My case: both are winged
It’s from wearing backpacks.
What do you do if one of your ribs is more pronounced than the other?
Realize it’s normal because humans are asymmetrical. Just get jacked and you’ll stop caring

Free weight version for those of us playing the home game?

Great 👍 Where have you been educated?
No. Its because of an underdeveloped anterior serratus, tight pec minors and possibly weak rhomboids
Now I'm the depressed one, with the 100 exercises I need to fix myriad issues before I can even get to a workout. 🙂
Na, workout and throw these in. Just listen to your body and over time you will start to feel better

Is the side up on the foam roller AND using the cable the side that is winging?
I’m assuming so
Seems like hes putting the foam roller on the opposite side to the winging side, hes on the left side with the foam roller and on the right side with the cable.
👍
I suspect my left arm has been pulled forward by the way i always drive with one hand on top of my steering wheel. Ever heard of that?
