Investing on wood chipper will be great for backyards like this one. I bought one and my fruit trees and my soil appreciated me for it.
Brother Paul. Possibly your best spoken guest on your channel. Nice yard as well. Great stuff!
Hey paul great video watching from Australia. Man this guy almost has more fruit trees in his yard than I have on 2.5 acres that’s insane!!! Great to see the king of fruits growing there the durian !!! I have many durian trees nothing comes close not even mango
One of the best people to get mangoes from during the season. I love this yard.
wow this guy really knows his mangoes.
Commercial growers need 15 to 20 feet wide for large equipment not home growers, Home growers aim should been to get 20 to 50 mangoes per tree which is way more then a home grower needs 800 pds of mangoes is way to much, i grow 4 mango bushes but im in a Temperate climate which gives me a opportunity to grow stone fruit berries and grapes. The bigger the space between tree the lazier you become. Love you channel paul gotta love the tropics
That yard is great. Can't believe he wants to leave all that accomplishment behind🤯
I am a fruit lover and florist from Minnesota.... I spend my winter months watching youtube videos of all the beautiful and delicious tbings I wish I could grow.
Maybe I can mail you some! We have lots!
I really like the yard setup. Does a lot with a little and still esthetically nice.
Great job!
His pruning looks excellent, mamey americana one of my favorite fruits, very knowledgeable guy and has a plan.
Thank you for sharing your experience so eloquently
Buxon spice is the best mango from Guyana! It’s an amazing mango.
Wow! A very knowledgeable mango grower.
Please do a follow up video with him during the mango season.
Great video!
Actually, I'm impressed on your volume with that space !!!!
Keep planting and pruning bush style fruit trees I've had good success..
Thanks Paul & thanks sade! Buxton spice is my top mango besides lemon zest!
Gotta love this content #Letsgrow
Star apples are great
Hey Paul, you would really like the stuff "the Reid Farm" has going on in Deland. **Greatly appreciate your videos, ive learned a ton.
I can see the appeal of walking under the trees. The nice shade. But, I'm worried about hurricanes and parrots. Both will wipe out my mango trees if allowed to grow tall. So I try to keep my mango trees short and bushy.
His trees might be 10' apart, but they were only 2' from the fence and house. Isn't that a problem?
Hi watching your videos from Jamaica. Mango season has ended. What fruits are plenty now.
see my last video it talks about what fruits are ready now
Great video, your guest would be the perfect neighbor!
With some prudent trimming, he could have better productivity. Easy for me to say, I'm retired. Coming home from work in the hot summer, it's hard to do heavy work.
This guy is very interesting, model grafter
❤❤❤❤❤❤
with all that pruning going on
makes me womder if its too much effort trading or selling mango scions for grafting
Hey question are Simmons avocado good eating and will you recommend it
yes
What's that narrow strip of concrete in the front yard parallel to the street? It's too narrow to be a side walk.
❤
I didn't catch what town or specific area Saeed was in ? I skipped around--too long---but enjoyed the video !!
Fort lauderdale
I have a small yard I planted a red guava- sugar apple- sugar apple all 12 feet apart -- anyone know if that’s gonna be ok?😅
Then on the other side I have a Malabar chestnut , loquat, and a super hass. All 12 feet apart
I have two similar. You can keep pruned properly and it should be fine
Try it and see how it goes it can work but you have to stay on it
Where are you located?
Pruning is key
Nice garden setup. Are there any issues with the mango roots affecting the house foundations?
You shouldn't water most fruit trees after they are established. If you are having to continuously water to keep them alive your soil is not right. If people just let their yards grow they wouldn't need to have all these inputs constantly.
Let em grow in soil that’s not right?
Honestly 1 single mango tree if allowed to grow as nature intend feeds a whole village why do a person need to plant so many trees mangos are accessible a lot of people in Florida grow organic mangoes we have a 20 acre homestead in jamaica and 8 giant mango trees and for us Julie and east indian is the king of mangoes so people plant those now but they don't get very large
More trees = more variety, extended season, and easier maintenance
20 different flavors is better than just 1 flavor.
Trees might ruin his house foundation
