I'm from Orlando I've been buying fruit trees from Mike past five years. He's a great guy.
Much more honest than the guy at the other farm in the Redlands you usually interview. He is not trying to rip people off with crazy prices and small trees. Will definitely support this nusery.
Mike's a great guy and very knowledge I'm from Port St Lucie about half of my trees came from him.
What a nice bloke he is, if I lived in the USA I'd love to purchase from him!
Amazing place. He seems to really care about the fruit and trees he sells. Thanks for sharing 👍
This is the man!
Only person I ever heard presenting the blackie mango. I had 1 tree and every time I ask the south Florida Plant group, they say they don’t know what variety it is. Only my Jamaican friends know
That casual John Kohler cameo, hilarious.
This is wonderful, thank you for these highlights of local nurseries. I am not far from Walter Zill I would say a bit North West of him. Man, glad folks are buying fruit trees, but not happy with the competition either. 😂
I’m so happy to see this interview! I live in Stuart, FL, which is in the same county
Great content, wish I was closer to his nursery. Nice to see suprise guest John from GYG!
I bought 3 mango trees from this guy last weekend. Ice cream, fruit punch, and butter cream. Good prices great guy and very knowledgeable . 👍🏼
I want to a couple of Mango trees from him. Would you have his contact information or website? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Amazing collection and nursery for a one-man operation!
Heyyyyyyy! How did John sneak in there!?! Whaaaaat🎉🎉🎉🎉
I would love to have year round avocadoes- wish there was a list of all the varieties and when they fruit in Florida. This guy is a great resource!
It's a website I go to that has that information it includes mangos too when l go to work I'll get the link she post it here.
This is so much good work! I wish I had a way to buy trees from someone like this. Thanks for the video, Paul.
Boy, you were right! This guy is the real thing¡
A wealth of knowledge et I am only 6 minutes in
This guy needs an intern! If I lived in Florida I'd be helping him out as much as possible. Good dude. Cool business
Paul you are the best CZcamsr. I love your knowledge and Professionalism. At no point you made Mike feel uncomfortable. I love how you handled the Rosigold conversation. You paused, listened and corrected Mike a professional matter. Thanks again for what you do for the mango community. Keep the videos coming.
One of the best videos from fruitful trees. Bravo👍👏👏👏
I'm in Orlando and have a tree in my backyard that I grew from Seed, I wanted to grow the ones from my mothers house in Miami but unfortunately I lost my opportunity to get a seed, so my niece picked me up a fruit from down there in South Miami near Homestead... Anyway the fruit looked like my mothers fruit did... They are massive fruits and taste like butter... They are so delicious... Anyway, mine are fruiting and are creating bigger and bigger fruits every year... I also planted a Mango seed because I missed my chance for a fruit from my mothers trees... You gotta understand about her trees... They were picked up from David Fairchild child himself... Her house was built in 1926 on in the Shenandoah Grove area of SW Miami... They were the best fruits I have ever eaten and I've eaten my fair share of mango and avocado!!!
Blackie is my Fav. used to eat soooo much as a kid
Super informative and quite the legacy he’s created. Video and audio quality are so good I’m bookmarking this episode for reference!
Wow, I didn't know abt this gentleman. I'm in palm beach gardens just south of him. I will definitely be calling him for an appointment/ show up time. Ty for great content!
Paul you are doing a great service to avid fruit tree growers. Thank you for being inquisitive and humble with great questions! Keep up the good work! Your channel is better than the so called experts
Awesome. I will be seeing him when we are back in November. Need trees for Bokeelia!!
Thank you for this illuminating video. I have learned so much, and I cannot wait to purchase trees from him.
Mike what happened to all the peach trees on the west side of your house I remember me and my dad ate some they were the best peaches ever 🤤
I love his knowledge share, another excellent video!!
What a knowledgeable, great guy to listen to. A wealth of fruit tree information. Thanks for this Paul. Would love to see a future video of him grafting if you can line up a video of that, maybe avocado grafting or mango; always of great interest to me.
Awesome, yay, Mike!
I can grow everything Miami can grow and I live on the south side of st pete fl. Probably the most northern tropical place in Florida.
Thanks for sharing. Yes very interesting man.
Shalom 💖🙏🏻
Carrie definitely need to be picked green off the tree.
Mike is the best!
Oh yes Jamaican and Trinidadian loves Julie mango Bombay and East Indian and also Starch mango I am looking for a Starch mango tree but no one had it Laura farms Miami I saw starch on his webpage but sold out and I am always checking his website for starch mango anyway I love this video very knowledgeable
I've read that Oro Negro avocado can take the cold pretty good.
Need to know Leif’s place or where to get a good sweet sop near Palm Beach County. I would love a Red Jaboticaba.
Thanks
please let me know if you are in California and willing to drive to Florida to buy his trees. I would really love to get some. Thank you.
Paul, I really appreciated your CZcams videos about fruit trees. I have learned a lot from watching your videos. I want to visit Mike's fruit farm. How do I contact him?
Did you say you use moringa oleifera leaf extract for pest control? Only polyembryonic trees will grow true from seed. It looks like he has way more than 5 acres there. Thanks
Garcinias for the win!
Do treesmore ship their fruit plants?
How about people who does not live in FL? Can you ship?
I live in zone 8A - 7B & have many containers that are taken in for winter. Are there mangoes & citrus that will grow under these conditions?
What is his hour?
something odd i noticed that under all those cinder blocks, there is something growing.
Why do you have them on bricks?
Which is better Coconut cream or M4?
I think Coconut Cream is overrated. I have tried it a few times and I haven’t been impressed. Coconut Cream is Early to Mid and M4 is a late season.
What can I grow in containers in zone 8A please?
it's tricky because if it gets too cold you have to bring some things inside
This guy is obviously straight up. He is probably making a mistake with his thoughts on Super Haas however. One of the worst avocados you could grow and my thoughts are the same as many others with this variety who sell exotic fruits.
😜 Promo'SM
Is easy to grow vegetables and fruits but the problem is, who can buy all from you ?? I was planting watermelon avocados tomatoes cucumbers and many more but cannot sell all and I was losing money because the fumigation’s are not free also the fertilizer and and that don’t you guys think all this is just to plant and grow because it’s hard to find who can buy it all
Imagine this guy living in the equatorial tropics where there's zero frost or storms, instead of Florida; he'd be living in a veritable paradise by now.
Trees n More Nursery
This is a guy/business that needs to be supported due to his honesty (and prices). He is being honest about him up potting the trees, it is now a common practice to sell you what is really a 1 gal as a 3 gal just because they moved it to a larger pot. Sometimes those trees are not even rooted yet and can die if transplanted at home immediately. On top of that they are selling 3 gal at $45+ when they are really a 1 gal tree. Paul, thanks for promoting Treesnmore!
I agree we need to support this nursery. I am shock that he does it all on its own. I hope he gets help in the near future. Maybe have a few volunteers stop by and help him. I don’t think he will continue doing it all on its own for a long time. But you never know I just saw Paul do a video with someone the other day who is 91 and boy he looks like he was 60. I guess hard work doesn’t kill anyone. It makes them stronger.
seeing this comment late but we need to call these peiole out for their games i enjoy telling these people !
He sprays with carcinogenic pesticides though, not great.
@@hoon_sol if that is the case, I agree, not great.
@@rudekperezacupuncturist:
He literally says it in the video, he sprays with Bravo, which is proven to be carcinogenic.
