When I write this comment, it is done with the incentive of making a joke, but there are people who take what I said VERY seriously and have given me information that I have not asked for, but in the same way, thank you for the information on history and that the budget of the film is not very high that the German tanks of that time are in museums etcetera, etcetera. So I am going to ask you to stop commenting because it is already being annoying to enter CZcams and see in the notification bell that once again they have given me historical information that I did not even ask or see the typical comment of someone trying to be funny by saying things like "I didn't know they had such good cameras in 1944 to record what was going on" "I didn't know the Nazis had speaking english" (note: I used google translate to write all this so don't expect a totally good translation)

The tank, the heavy machine gun on the tank, all post war sowjet weapons. The ridiciolous "all rounds hitting the shield" aside, german steel core amunition would have shredded trough that shield like a hot knife throug butter. In addition, a german m42 anti tank mine needed a pressure of 210kg to make it go boom, I am relativley sure, that neither that little rock, nor the contact with the blokes head came even near 210kg. There is so much bullshit in the teaser already, that I gladly skip the movie.

Disclaimer: Finland did fight the germans in a event called the Lapland war. Film may be fiction but the conflict was real.
Finland defeated in Karelia and in Murmansk region.

Your comment makes it sound like the Finns were belligerent to Germany. Finland was allied with the Nazis for the majority of WW2. It was only later in 1944 after negotiates with Moscow that Finland kicked out the Germans I. The Lapland War.
@@TheTampaPT Exactly, the fins were first fighting against the Sowjest who invaded their country, later they fought with the Germans against the Sowjets. When it turned out to be clear, that Germany would loose the war, they switched side to keep their indepence, but Germans and Fins did not hate each other. The German troops were their originally on finish request to help them against the Sowjets, not as occuopiers. But of course the Sowjets set an ultimatum for the Fins to get the Germans out od Finland, if the UDSSR was to accept the peace treatment that guaranteed Finlads independance. And so they did in the Lapaland War, which was neither long nor hard fought, more an alibi war to satisfy the russians. So to make the bad Germans hated by the Fins is typical "bad Germans are good for the movies" bulshit, like the rest of this crap movie with its sowjet postr war weapons posing as german.

Finlands most famous ''one man'' legends are: ''Simo häyhä'' and ''Lauri törni (Aka Larry Alan)''. But yeah, this is absolutely made up story, however it is based on true story. To end the war with Russia, Finns fought against Nazi's in Lapland and Nazi's burned the town of Rovaniemi to the ground which is depicted in this movie. This man in the story is a gold miner who just tries to get his gold to the bank, but Nazi's try to kill him and later find that he has gold, so the Nazi's chase him for his gold.

I know about Simo Häyhä, sure he was a great sniper, feared by the russians, but I believe, his kill count is highly exaggerated.
Why didn't he fight in the continuation war? Extrapolated to 3 years, he could have taken out a whole division...

This does not look good- the Finns and Germans were allies until 1944, and there were numerous Finns within the SS itself. Even the so-called Lapland war between Germany and Finland saw a total of some 3000 killed, because the two sides had been so friendly together, and the Finns only intensified hostilities at the demand of Stalin. This main character and the soldiers depicted would probably have fought together.
They're using a post-war Russian tank, Anti- tank mines wont detonate by a person, and in Finland at least, the Nazis werent the biggest problem!

People complaining about the historical inaccuracies in this film is the equivalent of complaining about the historical inaccuracies in the Wolfenstein Video Games. This isn't trying to be a historically accurate movie nor even a War movie, this is a John Wick/Rambo Action Movie that's set during WW2, chill folks.
If this film was trying to be a proper authentic War film, then yes the complaints on that front would be warranted but this isn't the case with this movie.
Also people moaning about how the film "forgets" that Finland was allies with Germany during this time, this movie takes place in 1944 which by this point the Finland swapped sides to the Allies plus this argument would be flimsy anyways as the main character in the film is an ex-commando so even if Finland did remain allies with Germany by this point, it wouldn't matter as the main character in this movie is a lone wolf. (Plus Resistance movements were all over Europe so you could go with that logic).
P.S: I'm not even gonna go into those who are complaining about the Nazi's being the bad guys as that's not even worth discussing, all I'll say is just because another country did bad things in WW2 (Soviets, Imperial Japan, etc.) Doesn't exempt what the Nazis did.
