- A Star Wars themed version of my 'Pursuit of Flight' kinetic LEGO sculpture.

This version features Luke's X-Wing being chased by Darth Vader's TIE Advanced. I also expanded the mechanism to make the laser turrets on the base pan from side to side as they track the X-Wing.

I am surprised no one has said this before: The force is strong with this awesome masterbuilder.
Your sets remind me of magic tricks. You watch it and it’s like wow that’s impossible! How does he do that! And then you explain it and it’s like oh yeah that’s so simple. But that kind of simple is soooo hard to achieve. You truly are a master.

It’s to the point where I’m waiting impatiently for your next amazing kinetic sculpture. This is the perfect way for more adults to get into LEGO and LEGO should take notice . LEGO is a medium for a whole generation of us . Recognizable across the world. Not sure they could steal you from this cushy gig but I for one would be the first to lobby for you .

You mentioned other themes like birds, how about an underwater theme? Make the base look like the sea floor and a couple for fish chasing one another? Maybe a shark or baracuda chasing a squid? Keep up the great work!
The whole scenery along with the fighters is such a great design but the kinetics make it perfect. What about an underwater scenario with a great white shark chasing a diver?

This is brilliant, and might actually have a higher chance of becoming an official Lego model. Their current Star Wars stuff is in a different scale, but it would fit nicely with their theme and would be a great model for collectors. Love the details in micro-scale!
