- Join the crew as we set up and pour a new concrete sidewalk. The wind was drying up the surface and it was difficult to finish but it came out good in the end. Enjoy

@@jeff7764 everyone on the crew is always in a bad mood which just makes the days longer, you get yelled at for the smallest mistakes by the boss, make you work overtime, boss gets mad if you ask for a day off, if you do something right the bosses will always find something to scold you for, very short lunch breaks, if youre caught taking a break you get yelled at, ect stuff like that. Ryan here is the prime example of a leader and not a boss he takes good care of his guys, not to mention he actually works with them, usually the boss sits back the whole time.
Just found this channel yesterday evening and have been watching thoroughly since then. At this very moment in time im probably going through one of the lowest points of my 33years but honestly watching the way you guys handle business is cheering me up. I just gotta get outta this funk im in & keep pushing forward. Thanks for sharing the positivity because this World really needs it right about now. Yall stay safe.

You seem like a good reasonable boss that give a lot of leaway to the guys who call out man, not saying they always should bu you don;t get angry with them. I have seen so many bussiness owners who try to act way to hard and over the top with simular bssinesses in my area they just flip ou and complain even if a guy is 5 minutes late. Idk to me it wouldnt be a big deal if you come 20 minutes late, an hour late make up for it through out the week some how or stay work late clean up do something at the yard etc to just show you do care to work. Anyways fun channel to watch!

I lay concrete in Puerto Rico for a living. You should try building a house out of cinder block in 105 degree heat with 100 percent humidity all year around. I love your channel. I think I get what Darryl meant about the house and the concrete having borders, look at the house siding its multiple different materials and colors
