Could you possibly answer this question for me . I have a mk5 jetta Wolfsburg edition , the bottom of my front seat is damaged, if there’s a good bottom half of the same seat at a junkyard , is it possible to remove just the bottom part where you sit on?
I have an 09 Sonata. I replaced the drivers side master power switch because it wouldn’t put down the windows or unlock the doors while running. After replacing, the windows work, locks when running but the doors will not lock In auxiliary mode or when the key is out of ignition. The fob will not lock or unlock either. Do I need a drivers side door lock actuator or is it something else?

After you remove the actuator assy, you can disassemble it and replace the $20 motor...the old one pops right out, and the new one pops right in...no soldering. Don't have to buy the whole assembly.
