Isn't it pretty stupid to use a black surface for mixing colors in. That way you don't really see the color you are mixing. What if you got your measurement wrong on how much food color you need and it's way darken then it should be. Seeing what you do could have you add white to lighten it. But like this. Who designed this. Fire this guy.
