I saw a thumbnail about a handmade shiba inu candy, I was so fascinated about it, and now I can't stop myself watching for more.

Same. Pretty popular video I guess
same. some viral marketing going on

Me too
Its good to know that there are still things that aren’t made from machines and are handmade
I'm sorry for correcting but i think you meant handmade...
@Volomette sometimes homemade can be more... tasty?
@Volomette Usually there’s more time and effort put into hand, are things... it just feels nicer y’know?
maybe a sincere way of making it.
yeah if you wanna know which ones are which the homemade ones are the expensive candy in the marks that say gourmet and the machines are the ones that are cheap
I feel bad that all of the candy molders who are doing incredible art and all that strength they use aren't getting the applause that the candy cutter is getting. Just me? Haha.
Being a candy cuter is also hard bro and i think its just the same person
@@s4dsn0wm4n2 I realize that. I just meant wish they all got the same amount of applause
Everyone will always get my applause, I mean come on it’s candy! 😋🍭
@@CourtLLRN I betcha he has a health plan too.
Maybe is because is the end of the process
I’m sorry - did that guy just casually make a PERFECT SWAN from the leftover candy?!
Nah he just bent the head
Yea... sort of..
Not sure how planed it was, but the first guy would have been making the body, the second just pulled the head.
yes it was cool

I love the fact that they look so sweet as they are making sweet things. 🍭
I love how this video says "How to make" like I have the ways and means to make it at home.
Love how they're interacting with the crowd!!!+
If you’ve ever tried making candy you’d know how insanely hot that candy is in its runny state - sugar burns are no joke - these guys are impressive
Yes, always be super careful when trying to make things at home.
Back in the day, I was 14 or something, I loved making caramel. Just...melted sugar and then pour it down on bakingpaper and gnaw on the thick (sharp!) shards of caramel.
Either way, I had a little pan, with slippery sides, to be able to pour the sugar out. But one day, it got sticky (not enough butter) and it stayed inside the pan.
I walked over to the bin and tried to throw the sticky sugar in there. It stayed in. I wiggled it a bit, it didn't work.
Then I 'waved' the pan around and the sugarclumbs swerved to the side, slipped down the side, ran past my ankle, over my foot.
I screamed bloody murder and threw the pan in the bin (got that out later) and started pouring glasses of water on the floor, on my foot.
It burned very badly, it didn't cool down at all. I believe the scar lasted for at least half a year, it was only a minor burn in the end, but ooohh só hot.
And because it is sticky, it sticks to your skin and you can't "cool" under it, with the water. If I'd tried pulling it off, I'd probably torn my skin off.
To whoever else might be reading this,; ALWAYS be careful with these things, take precautions, wear gloves or mittens or at least, good shoewear and jeans.
Don't do this while dancing around in the kitchen or wearing pyjamas or something.
Is this hard candy, gummy or sort of taffy like in the video?
@@adamvalerio1377 it’s hard candy. When it’s very hot it is in a taffy-like state but when it cools it will be hard like boiled sweets
@@cbgb3369 Thanks so much, I thought so but wanted to know. I think it looks so tasty in the taffy form, but not the jelly form, lol.
Also, are they putting water on it at times?
@@adamvalerio1377 I don’t think they would be - water would make it stick and potentially it wouldn’t set up hard. At least, I didn’t notice them doing so - the only liquid I noticed they added to it was the food colourings at the start of the process. It gets softer as it sits because it’s still very hot but once it cools it will become brittle.

czcams.com/video/pAVSUiaGOwY/video.html
I can only imagine how hot those melted candies are and they only have latex gloves to protect their hands. And those metal tables must be heated as well to prevent those candies from hardening up and becoming brittle really fast. Amazing job!
I think only the black table is heated. The stainless tables are cold because the candy starts out around 200 degrees but they can't mold it until it cools to around 80-90
毎回端っこでアヒル作るの可愛い

How they get the right amount of colored candy fit the project without measuring is amazing

Ah, so this is how the infinity stones were made

What happens to the sides that the chop away? Extra intrigued to know what happens to the big candy duck they make in every video.
Probably 1 employee gets to take it home or maybe they sell it as well? I'd love to get a taste of that duck. (Though it probably tastes the same as the candy, lol)
One candy shop I know says they sell the big ends as "unicorn droppings" (cough, unicorn poop, cough) lmao. I guess it's more of a novelty thing, like those huge lollipops.
Throw it away or take it home, most likely.
Probably re-melt it into something else. Normally nothing is wasted in business as it wastes money.
Omg I have been wanting to know the same thing lol I've even tried to see if I could find out by googling it but no luck .. I mean it's a pretty big piece that's left over after ever batch, I can't imagine them throwing it out?!?
