Whenever I watch how it’s made or unwrapped, every ingredient seems to be processed food making another another processed food but in videos like these, they use actual real ingredients and make “actual” food that aren’t processed even though it’s massed produced. Idk how to explain it. Also humans are also making most of the food instead of every single step being done by machines. Everything is so clean as well.

These are very talented and smart people. So, I'm sure they know what to do with the cake edges that they cut off the cakes. I was watching to see but i just saw them go into garbage cans. I was waiting to see them make a beautiful dessert out of them. I know here in America so much unnessary food is wasted. But I cant judge because maybe they will do something good with the cake edges. I hope so.

They fold everything into the meringue instead of trying to fold the meringue into the batter! What a great concept! Next time I make a German chocolate cake, I'm going to do it like that (smaller scale of course) but that makes so much more sense. I would think you don't lose nearly as much of the air whipped into the egg whites that way. You learn something new every day. Also I admire how efficient the assembly bakers are and LOVE how clean and hygienic the employees and kitchen/work stations are.
Then you can patent it and say its your own discovery.

You’re a fan of child labor? That was absolutely cringe to watch. Blowing the dough means adding saliva to the batter. Can’t they make a tool for that? Also, honing those skills means the kid indeed does not get to be a kid much.

Blowing up the dough with their mouths, spreading the dough with their chins, twirling the dough right above the floor (you know it most likely hits the floor on the regular)…and kids’ hands are just filthy, on the regular. Does Korea have child labor laws?
