When I was an atheist I thought: why not try out meditation, which led to additional practices. Crazy yet undeniable experiences eventually occurred. Then, I became obsessed with these NDE stories bc of how similar they were to my meditative stories. This man's story resonates profoundly with what I've come to understand as our best wisdom traditions. Danke

How did you meditate to experience something profound? was it merely concentrating on your breath?
Unfortunately, you forgot to demonstrate that anything you asserted is actually true. What 'resonates' is not a guide to what is true, unless you have some valid and verified evidence, which actually supports the undefined word 'resonance'.

The 'cloud' metaphor is powerful to me. Sometimes i need very simple visual descriptions in order to understand quite profound ideas.

One of the most extraordinary experiences I've listened to. I just wondered why Daniel didn't seem to remember, soon after his experience, that the light beings, or angels, had told him to ''ask them for help''. He unfortunately went through a great deal of (moral) suffering and striving to find answers and find peace, before remembering that he could ask for help... I also wonder if he could finally see his children again... Thank you Daniel for recounting your wonderful experience of the afterlife and thank you to the Afterlife Experiences team.

I think there may be some issues with translation on this video. Perhaps it's just me, but much of this did not make sense.
That may be for the best.
No wonder he didn’t see the ice…at 4pm in winter (a few days after the winter solstice) the sun would have disappeared behind the mountains and the shadow cast by them would have vastly reduced visibility.

@@NoLefTurnUnStoned. I had an experience (or a series of experiences) with demonic beings back in the 1990's. I wrote my account of it and it can be found through my CZcams profile. The demons wanted me to remain a superstitious Roman Catholic worshipping Mary and when I realized who they were, I decided to leave the RCC even though my uncle was a priest. That's when the demons got furiously angry but when I put my faith in Jesus Christ and what he did for us at Calvary, all of it abruptly stopped.
A course in miracles is not a good book. It will not lead you close to God, it will lead you far away from God.
You 'know' this from experience?
We just don't see with our eyes.
