She's telling the truth. I've been going in and out of my body since I had an NDE Aged 4. It seemed to loosen something.

I'm very fascinated by OBE and nde stories (unfortunately there are also various charlatans, not all are genuine) but the real ones are really interesting stories, not only Western (Europe/US) but also Middle Eastern, Asian, African. It's interesting to note the differences and commonalities.
Amazing experiences! I had an OBE as a child so thankfully this provides a "knowing" that we are not the body. I have definitely learned a few new things from her stories and thankful for this video. Blessings!

I wonder why you would stop astral traveling at the age of 60 on up? If anybody has a theory on it, please comment, I’m curious.
I got the feeling there might be physical reasons, as she relates her blood pressure goes up for a couple hours after returning to her body. But just conjecture.
Because you wouldn’t like to come back to reality at this age. And one can get stuck in the astral projection forever
