- As a young woman, Ms. Melitta Kosmann had an out-of-body experience that she could never forget. But even later, she continued to have out-of-body experiences. In this interview she talks about her imposing experiences.

I had an out of body experience. I was laying on my bed and I realized I was floating up at the ceiling, but I was looking at the ceiling and not down at my body. I looked around at the ceiling and wondered if I could go through it. So I put my "head" up through the ceiling into the roof cavity and saw how dark and dusty and empty was so I thought could I go through the roof so I did. I floated above my house just as far as the street and looked at my house. I looked down to the end of the street and was hesitant. The moment I hesitated I was immediately back in my body. The fascinating thing was the "feeling " moving through the ceiling and roof. It was a buzzing vibration. So amazing.
KF , I had a similar thing but your experience was way better . I was in bed just drifting to sleep and I felt a coming together from all of my body to my chest and a strong pulling sensation in my chest and I felt myself pop pull out of my chest straight up , I was awake alert and floating against the ceiling my face not touching but was towards the ceiling and I had shorts on that I normally wear and the buttons and zipper on my shorts were scratching rubbing gently rocking against the ceiling I could hear the scratching sound and feel my shorts rubbing against the ceiling clearly . It felt familiar calm as if I was pausing there for a minute and then boom I was back in my body . I came awake and was excited because I’ve tried so many times for a out of body experience , I started drifting back to sleep and telling myself Remember This Remember This and then the whole exact thing happened again . I wish I’d been able to travel around a bit like you .

i have had a similar experience. i'd recommend a book called JOURNEYS OUT OF THE BODY by Robert Monroe. he wrote down all his experiences and put them in his book from the 1980s. well worth a read. what you describe is identical to his experiences. my experience was not through the roof, but out my bedroom window.
It's called astral projection. People should look for Robert Monroe books and 'The Gateway Experience' CDs produced by The Monroe Institute. I know the passing through solid object sound you're referring to. I felt it and heard it when I tried walking from my bedroom to the kitchen through the wall that stands between the 2 spaces, while astral projecting. The sound I heard and felt was like as if I had a cotton bud in my ears and it was gently rubbing the ear canal... that kind of sound.

I have been fortunate enough to have experienced several lucid dreams and one OBE.
These experiences were 10000 times more real than my current waking reality.
This lady is speaking TRUTH.
Consciousness is MORE than brain.
I love the part where she traveled to the young man's room and felt it was wrong to do that. Very sweet.
Oh, how I want to go home; the home she describes and the home people who have near-death experiences describe. Even if I could only experience it for a short time, it would give me so much joy and strength to continue this life.

Home is were you happy, but first you need to be happy with yourself !
Having an experience like that may not be good for you in the long run. It might be too wonderful, too beautiful, too marvelous for you and make you no longer fit for this world so that you'd never be satisfied again and render you unable to accomplish your tasks in life. If you are meant to have such an experience, you will definitely have it. If not, there is a good reason.
I was just reading at the same time as this video appeared in my timeline that The Light and Colors are what we need : to heal us ( they purified and chase the negative energy in our etheric or astral body), to love and help others.
It's a very clear and meaning synchonicity that these two very symbolic messages came in the same time, this morning. I'm very grateful for that.

We must concentrate and visualise ourselves in the center and these magnifient energies of Light and Colors, and stay in a positive energy.

Her experience and circumstances were almost identical to mine; with the teenage anxiety, the meditation to music and eventual out of body experience. The difference was, rose up in the air and thought this is amazing and then saw some fluffy white clouds in the corner of my room. They weren't threatening but I thought I better not take any risks. So I did a couple of practice summersaults and returned to my body, with the resolve to consciously do this again. Of course things never happen that way.
There are no words for this place of utter bliss n Love. Thank you for getting me through this very trying year of loss and wider awakening of spirituality. You've brought me so much comfort n peace.

Hi this is such an interesting and helpful account. I believe this lady 100% . I believe she has since probably self educated herself a great deal around this subject. I believe she continues to have these out of body experiences. She was likely to be a more spiritual person right from the beginning which is why she had her first mystical experience of leaving* her body. Has she written any books on the matter ?

Good account of her experience. Twice I was awake in bed, approx 11pm, I felt myself sinking, I have since read that you can sink out of your body and then rise, but I didn’t know of obe’s then and was afraid, I sat up until the feeling left me, I had to do this three or four times before I could stay lying down, the experiences were twenty or so years apart, if it happens again I will be brave and go with it.
I had an OBE that propelled me in front of The Light, in total beautiful darkness. The most beautiful experience I ever had. Since then I have new abilities. But this life here is so dark, so small, so limited and noisy......

The OBE savant Robert Monroe created a similar training protocol he called hemisync.Sound information leading to a meditation for separating the Astral body from the body.He also positioned the top of his head facing north.

I had an OBE and saw the "silver thread" up close. It is made up of many ghost looking slices of yourself. I can see how it would look like a thread from a distance.
Her last experience, maybe it was a bad entity got into her body while she was out maybe that was the reason when she looked at her face from astral plane she add a very bad reaction. You got to be careful when you're in astral form because bad stuff happens but mostly it's great experience
That’s the reason you came back to your body…a negative entity saw your consciousness had left your body and wanted to interfere with you.
Leaving your body is an invitation for others and leaving, also makes the body/mind/spirit Dis-coordinated, as do drugs and alcohol.
Plenty of people do it with no ill effects whatsoever: indeed they find their consciousness expanded in quite a positive way.
"Drugs" can mean so many different substances. We are provided stimulants, pain relief, hallucinogens, etc, etc, all natural amd normal things that can help us along the way. We have been misled by "drug war" misinformation that demonizes all these natural treatments, remedies and gifts from God. It has turned something useful and good, depending on your needs, into something bad and evil that can put you in prison. It's sad really and we should demand it all ends. We hear so much about addiction and people's lives falling apart from using these things wrongly and in ways never intended. That happens because the drug war said these things have no use whatsoever and so people don't understand how these things can be used beneficially. Yes if a person uses powerful drugs without an understanding, it can invite bad things into their lives, but if we could stop demonizing it all and accept these substances as part of the human experience, there wouldn't be all this trouble, all this dis-ease surrounding these substances would go away.

@@mortalclown3812 There are hundreds of NDE testimonies from young and older men and women who where sent to Hell. In the Bible, Jesus mentions it more than Heaven. Also listen to Bill Wiese, 23 minutes in Hell testimony. Yes, there is a Hell.
