I love what you stand for with supporting your islands fisherman. It has been tough for you. Not just starting the business but coming up from the bottom on CZcams. In early 1980s I lived in atsugi near Tokyo and when I moved to Hawaii I bought my first boat from selling fish I speared. Always 3 prong with rubber sling but I shared the same enjoyment. I hope things continue to grow well for you.
Ordered this jerky from the UK and came within 2 weeks via standard airmail. The taste is absolute sensational and you can taste the freshness of the fish from around the island. To see that all parts of the tuna is used which explains the variety of sizes is so cool to see! Congratulations Masaru and wish you and your company the best. I will be a long term supporter!
i think it's the first time ive actually seen someone else gut a fish by the gills like that.
my dad taught me to do this with trout when i was very little, and everyone always looked at me funny when gutting fish that way.
It seems incredibly efficient. but harder to achieve for a beginner.

I've seen many CZcamsrs I liked simple disapear from the internet, and from time to time I can't help but reminisce about them and hope they are well doing whatever they are doing now... I probably think this way even more now, because I've only just found out a few days ago that a CZcamsr I loved was batling addiction and stuff passed away months ago...

My favorite part was the thinner pieces that crackle apart when you bite them ❤If there is a way to shave the slices even thinner I bet the jerky would really pop off even more. Thanks for the tip about heating it up, I will have to try that next time 😊

My order of jerky arrived here in the US a few weeks ago and it's really good! For those who are worried it might have an overly "fishy" taste, it very much does not. The primary flavor is just the delicious teriyaki-style marinade. Texturally, it is really very similar to beef or turkey jerky. You can definitely tell you are eating fish jerky, but it is a subtle flavor undertone, not overpowering. And quite enjoyable!

Bought a few packages in February. The deliver to germany took quite some time, but definitely worth the wait. Sadly the Jerky didn't last long, cause I ate it within two weeks 😂. I'll definitely be ordering some more.
