Drovers’ Bough is a treehouse hidden amongst the trees up an ancient drovers track. It’s a mile away from any public road, deep in the foothills of the Black Mountains with wild and wonderful views across the Golden Valley to the distant horizon. Only the sound of birdsong disturbs the absolute quiet.

The placement of the windows is remarkable - in the living area there is so much light but in the intimate bedroom there is such coziness! The bucolic setting is, as usual, perfectly filmed.

Gorgeous. Just imagining staying there in the summer, having breakfast on the balcony, then going on a long walk, putting your feet in the cold river while eating strawberries, then walking back, having a soak in the bath, and finish off the day watching the sunset on the balcony again, drinking some wine while dinner is cooking
