    I'm in weight maintenance and I love eating pasta about once a week with either a great tomato-based sauce with lentils, veggies and olives, or a creamy sauce! The sauce I make at home with soaked cashews, a piece of tofu, water, tons of garlic and water. Super yum with artichoke hearts, spinach, some chili powder and fresh basil. 😍🍝

    Yayyy pasta!
    I have celiac disease so need gf pasta
    The brand I love is chickapea - the ingredients are simply chickpea and red and yellow lentils
    I love adding broccoli, water sautéed cabbage, kabocha squash and a bit of tomato sauce

    Just a note that fresh pasta can contain egg but does not have to. Southern Italian pasta is made with just semolina and water. Fresh pasta is super easy to make and you can fo it without a machine. You can also make it with gluten free flour xxx

    I’m happy to hear this. I recently wanted the Banza protein pasta and bought the basic Barilla one instead to save money but good to know it’s fine to eat it, anyway. I already feel like eating this way saves me money. 🤑

    Not sure if you've covered this topic yet, but do you have an opinion on exercising fasted vs fed? I've read a quite a bit on it but some say it's not great for women's cortisol levels. Curious what you think, thanks!

    I really hate the Amount of carbs protein pasta has, I eat it unfortunately but I have to watch what I eat before and after I eat it. Whole wheat pasta tastes gross but id be willing to try it again with my homemade meat sauce
