Me and my Japanese fiance just talked casually and naturally our relationship grew when I lived in Japan. I say to be yourself, be kind, and that's it. It's been fun sharing each other's cultures (I'm Mexican-American from California and she's from Fukushima). Japanese girls can be open minded once they trust you and when they feel really comfortable...their naughty side comes out lol. Learn the culture or language too don't just expect her to learn about yours, but that should be pretty obvious. My girl is a little bit more open minded than most Japanese girls but she still gets shy if I give her a small kiss in public but she also likes it too lol. Every Japanese woman can be different, you just have to get to know her.

That attitude alone is gonna make you 10 times more attractive already + when you do actually get it after putting in some work, you will not only multiply the attraction you also gonna feel really good about yourself for doing something that is ACTUALLY GOOD for YOU.

The first 3 are general I believe. The number 2, “be kind”, is one that many people tell me it’s the opposite. Similar to “Sasuke” in the Naruto anime. People tell me Japanese guys are not kind, because they look down on women. So when you are kind they many times think it’s weird. And it has happened to me when japanese girls stopped talking to me, and I asked their Japanese friends (guys), and they told me that I was too kind and it seemed weird for them.
Another instance was when one Japanese girl (my friend) asked me about something that happened relating to her and I told her, something not too good about her, but I told her it wasn’t a big deal and how to fix it, etc. But she replied “why did you tell me?… you didn’t have to tell me”, which I said “it’s not a big deal, it happens. I told you because you asked me, and I’m your friend. Anyway I told you how to fix it, it’s easy, you shouldn’t worry”, then she said “Japanese people don’t say anything like that to other people, you could have lied to me. We care a lot about how other people might feel” then I said, “listen, in the west we tell honestly the problem so are aware of it and have a chance to fix it. If we don’t say them, then you make the same mistakes again and again having no idea it’s wrong”.
Since that day we never spoke a word again. I had a culture lesson that day.
I gotta say, you're super cute. You have this kind of mix of one of the girls from Bandmaid and Babymetal. You have the Babymetal bangs with the Bandmaid outfit. Very cute. I have most of the things on your list, although I could be in a bit better shape and it is something I am planning on starting once I have a bit more free time for myself, but I can cook (not my favorite thing in the world to do, but I've been told I'm very good at it), and I've been told by my bosses in the past and present that I am a very hardworking, kind, and polite individual who is too honest sometimes lol

I have heard some of these preferences before, but as you mentioned, everyone is different, and some preferences are more important to some ladies than others. I have heard that many Japanese women and men will only date and marry others who are Japanese, but this list is specifically for those who are receptive to dating and possibly marrying foreigners, like myself for example.

There are many young Japanese women that attend college here where I am, in America, but I have never been to Japan yet myself.

I must confess that kindness and politeness are a couple of things that I have to work harder at since I suffer from high functioning autism. But that never stopped me from trying. And I can go along with the hygiene requirements. For I happen to be a clean freak myself. I used to love getting dirty when I was a little boy. But as I got older, I gradually started to become a clean freak. So nowadays, I hate being dirty with a purple passion. Being lean won't be much of a problem for me either. Because I go to the gym five to six days a week, and I do full-body workouts for two hours

I think it’s better but not required to shave your hairs. If it’s your identity, you don’t need to do it at all. We accept you who you are including your hairs :) haha

So if you seek a confident partner, you're seeking someone who isn't being their true self near you.
