Samsung Bespoke Washer Turn Off Sounds 8900 series 2022 models

- This model allows ALL sounds be be shut off. Not sure if other models support this feature.
This is on a 2022 Samsung Bespoke washer. Same process can be applied to the Bespoke dryer. - Zábava

Hi, thanks for asking. I paid about $1700 for the 8900 series set which included a mini-fridge. Without the fridge it was $1800. This was a $300 off $2000 Costco sale during the holidays. Washer and Dryer work great. Both are connected to Wifi and offer a ton of options and settings. Compared with our old top loader, the washer definitely uses less soap and water. Only complaint is the dryer sometimes doesn't get thick clothes fully dry. It has a sensor that thinks it's dry and is very hard to override. The units look stunning, but they do get micro scratches on top. Also the metal is very, very thin. The app is very basic, but I do like getting alerts on my phone when the loads are done. Definitely check out the Costco reviews. The reviews from other sites are not all legit as they are tagged with "part of promotion" or something similar. BTW if I was not able to turn off the chimes and music alerts I would have returned it. That was a deal breaker. So glad they finally added that option.

Sure, if they have already setup the WiFi and app, select the device -> 3 dots -> settings -> Washer Options -> Sounds -> Off should do it too.
My brand new machine has stopped working, again. It gives one beep instead of starting. Did the trouble shooting still it won't begin a cycle. I hate my Samsung purchases.
Sounds like you already tried the self diagnostic and factory reset with no results. Assuming you can't return it and you file a warranty claim, let us know what they ended up doing to fix it. Best of luck!
I have this model, the washer door is locked and it wont open. I tried all troubleshooting, factory reset, drain, unplug etc. but its still locked. Any help?
I haven't experienced the lock issue. Have you fixed it? A quick google search only mentions the obvious things you already tried. Otherwise a call to Samsung support would be needed.
@@TofuRobots i had the samsung support technician come out. Turns out the lock sensor is faulty. It still thinks that the cycle is running so it wont unlock. They are replacing the latch.
Glad it can be fixed. Makes me nervous once the warranty runs out. Wish there was a real mechanical override to unlock the door. I wonder how the Samsung tech does it? I guess if you take off all the panels there's a way.
@@TofuRobots he took off the top panel, and there is a box deep inside, he had to slide that box open and then instead of a pull ringX this newer AiOptiwash models just have a slim wire. He pulled it real hard to manually unlock. The samsung tech himself said that for newer models its real tough to manually open.
Same thing happened to me. Stopped with five minutes to go. Second technician came and determined the electrical socket was faulty...because it worked when he came?!!?
Google : bespoke washer recalled . Will give you an answer to buy or not . 😅
Got anything more specific? All I saw was a recall for top loading samsungs from a year ago.
