How to DATALOG with COBB AccessPort and fix ENGINE KNOCK (Nissan GTR)

How to diagnose engine KNOCK and run a Datalog on your Nissan GTR, using the Cobb Tuning AccessPort.

To select the datalog parameters:
- On your AccessPort, click on gauges menu, then click on "setup"
- Click on "Configure datalog" and choose the parameters to log below:
-Air Fuel B1
-Air Fuel B2
-Coolant Temp.
-Gear
-Ign Advance
-Inj. Duty Cycle
-Intake Air Temp.
-Int. Cam Adv B1
-Limp Status (safety)
-LTFT B1 (long term fuel trims)
-LTFT B2
-Mass Airflow B1
-MAP
-RPM
-STFT B1 (short term fuel trims)
-STFT B2
-Theo. Pulse Width
-Throttle Pos. B1
-Vehicle Speed
-Wastegate Duty
Before starting your datalog:
- Make sure Engine/Trans temps are warm
- Set mode to Manual & settings to:
Transmission: R (to avoid auto shifting)
Suspension: Comf (better grip)
Traction (vdc): OFF (to avoid traction kicking in)
Activating the datlog:
- On the AP, go back to "Gauges", click on the middle button, you should start seeing the 5 dots on the screen lighting up (this means datalog is active)
- Accelerate from 2000rpms to 7000rpms until 4th (3rd to 4th works too), then press the middle button again to stop the datalog.
Downloading your Datalog:
- Download AP manager from Cobb Tuning: www.cobbtuning...
- Connect the AP to your laptop, and download the log file through the AP manager application.
