So I fitted my belt and all marks aligned. Rotated the engine 4 times according to the timing mark on cam. Then the cam mark was aligned but injector and crank was forward. A few teeth. Did this twice and same thing. I have a 1996 2.8 (3.0L)
Lock the injector wheel with 12mm bolts
How much torque did you put on those bolts?
Fuckin tight foot pounds. That’s what the aussies do anyways
No seriously I want to change one on my Hiace van, do you know how many foot pounds on the idler pulley bolts?
Why would my engine not start after changing my timing belt?
