Nobody seems to remember all the people in Gaza cheering when dead girls were driven around in the back of trucks. Those people weren’t Hamas. They were Palestinians.
Sad, but true. People need to stop allowing themselves to be gaslit by Hamas and their sympathizers.
And those celebrating in the West Bank and I am sure many other countries. Are all Palasteinians supporters of HAMAS, no but in Gaza with such a young influential population possibly being trained to hate and used to fight in terror cells what to do. With the attack on Oct 7th, HAMAS and HAMAS alone put every person in Gaza in danger both innocent and members and showed the world who they are.
That being said I do not like war and the casualties and devastation it causes but when you have someone wanting to kill each and everyone of you just for being who you are what would we all do. 😢😢
Honestly if you're a muslim, there's a 85% chance you will be with Hamas smiling reminiscing at the thought of what happened on the 7th October.
Whether in Gaza Acheh Karachi Kelantan Hokaido Oslo Toulouse or Zimbabwe won't matter much. The abyss of infinite vile lunacy that is Islam is the same crap.

Yes, of course, but for those of us that aren't so enlightened, or might have missed something, would you be kind enough to provide an example of Doug being right about something and how you came to determine he is in fact right? You know what I mean: what objectively verifiable evidence does Doug provide to substantiate any if his assertions/conclusions. Some people, as you know, just blurt out things they want to be true and know they're going to find agreement amongst those equally eager to have their delusions confirmed, while others know they're lying and intend to deceive their audience. The latter category is particularly devious, as they will lie about the evidence they have, so it's doubly important to ensure they can justify their claims with rationally demonstrated and objectively verifiable facts. Now, I know that anyone interested in and committed to frank and fearless interrogation of facts as Doug is, would never confidently assert something as true without making sure that he is neither influenced by his own preferences and prejudices or being missed. However, I am still missing something and would be grateful to you if you could point to any objectively verifiable (you know, rational) evidence that anything Doug states is objectively right. Anything. It will help me greatly. Thank you soo much

Yes, Douglas speaks a lot of sense. However, "Palestinians = Hamas" may be a bit of an overgeneralisation. It does have the merit of simplifying the situation and removing a lot of moral ambiguity, but it also suffers from the problem of not bring right.

I spent a year in Australia as an exchange student. I realised then that people there are so naive. You have not experienced war or conflict and it shows. The questions here were infantile. I am African. We know better and particularly with Islamic extremism

A two state solution is utterly unworkable, as the majority of Arabs living in both Gaza and West Bank believe that the Zionists established the Jewish state illegitimately - meaning that Roman & Ottoman 'Palestine' - belong to Arabs not Jews. Therefore they have rejected every effort by intermediates to establish a two state solution. Both West Bank and Gaza should be fully incorporated within Israel. Any Arab wishing to abide by Jewish rule and law would be welcome. On the other side of the a one state solution; i.e. Arabs live as Israeli citizens would also not work as the population explosion amongst Palestinian Arabs would ensure that Jews will very rapidly become a minority within Israel - which as it stands will not find favour amongst Israeli's. So the only way forward is that Arabs return to their original states - and incentives be provided to make that transition possible. Outside of that, the outcome of the war must decide who own the territory. Based on the economic success of Isreal verses the dismal failure of the Gaza - its pretty clear to deserves to own and manage the territory.

I love hearing and watching Douglas Murray.
The way that I would respond to Chuck Schulmer would be to ask him about the proportionality of the response to September 11. The US wanted revenge and to try and prevent another attack, so went to war in a country that was sheltering OBL. The allies of the US were resolute and supported them in their efforts. Afterwards, I would ask him if there were any parallels that could be drawn between the two situations.

Why don’t people understand that the Palestinians don’t want “a state,” they want Israel.
It’s not a land dispute, it’s a religious dispute. Islam wants Jerusalem. The entire purpose of Islam is to replace Christianity and Judaism, it had taken 4 out of the 5 centers of those religions (Antioch, Alexandria, Jerusalem and Konstantinopel), only one to go - and it almost succeeded.
Losing Jerusalem is an unacceptable setback, which invalidates the entire project. If Islam doesn’t control Jerusalem it can’t fulfill its goal. There will NEVER be peace unless they win.
Hamas says it right in their charter: “Israel IS Muslim land”.
Never try to negotiate with mad dogs. Gandhi liberated an entire country without firing a shot against a major world power.
But, Palestine/Hamas did fire the first shot AND DECIDED TO START A DAMN WAR.
Actually, there were many other people and groups, non-Gandhians, both before Gandhi and at the same time as him, and some of whom did fire shots, who were equally important to getting Indian independence from British rule.
Pro-Palestinian protestors tried to interrupt this speaking event involving author Douglas Murray at the Enmore Theatre in Sydney.
Activists chanted ‘free Palestine’ and ‘shame Enmore Theatre shame’.
The group heckled attendees before police and riot squad officers issued move-on orders.
Pro-Palestine chants could be heard from within the theatre’s auditorium, shouting “shame” to ticketholders entering and exiting the event.
We have elections in South Africa soon so the lights have been on more than usual lately 😑

Many modern day slaves are from Nigeria and other African countries. In the middle east, many Nigerian women travel to work & have their passports taken from them and forced to work. There was a good BBC documentary on it. There's a lot of information out there supporting the claims.
