@@magnustan841 Literally no BMWs are "good value"... They all break within 5 years, and thats a fact. They didnt do that until the Fxx generation.
@@TheGamingNorwegian exactly the reason why I think Lexus is underrated amongst premium brands. However, I’m just making a case of how inflation has made car prices look extortionate if you know what previous generation, older models cost when they were brand new. Case in point, X3 from two generations ago, compared to current X3.
Thank you, Matt. I can't unsee the moustache now :)
Black exterior trim used to be standard on entry level vehicles, now the car industry decided that it's a premium option.
Takein in to the consideration only the driving experience what would you chose between 330i vs 128ti?
Is the “ti” sticker actually peeling off on the side skirt?!?
I hope there’s a mid generation facelift that sorts out the grill
Mat can you do a 128ti vs Golf GTi vs Focus ST drag race?
I can race them all with my tuned 308 Gti by peugeot sport 🦁 👍😉
The front wheels struggling for traction, is such a good reason to just get a rear wheel drive car🤦♂️
xDrive should have been standard on this to be honest.
@@nxau120 *no, rwd like a proper BMW or death*
purple trousers ! that's brave Mat
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I love those dials! I think they're much better looking than the BMW digital display
I wanted to comment the exact same thing. Looks a lot better!
Which one fun to drive. This one or focus st?
Mat: Sorry for interrupting
Me: Sorry for fast forwarding
BMW’s are turning into the golfs. Just a bunch of different variants for no reason

Over time, to me this car now looks brilliant and not as ugly as I thought, the FWD is still the issue though think I’ll stick to the bigger RWD Beamers
Have you lost your eyesight over time?
@@Hans_Holt I’ve just gotten used to the grille now I suppose and the rest of the car looks muscular and overall great
@@maxwastell1073 in my opinion it’s ugly as sh**. Look at the proportions. big fat front und a rear like cut directly behind the rear axle. It allready looks like that it will understeer in every corner....
And the grille doesn’t match with the upper line of the headlights.... it looks like a ugly pig
👁 🐽 👁
Not a bad looking car, performace is good as well for a FWD, and under 6sec to 60Mph in the wet is good going.
Can't unsee the smile face on the front of the car.
Was waiting for Matts review on this one!
The thing with the Michelin Sport tires is simply because these tires ever so slightly increase the CO2 emission of the car, this allows BMW to perform the emission test on the normal tires.
Same thing with fitting bigger petrol tanks as a no-cost option with certain brands. All thanks to stupid government regulations.

Matt giving the car a "kit-kat shuffle" 😂
"I can fit four fingers in there" a disappointingly large number.

Lol something seems fishy😉
@@enriqueprslja6531 Probably it smells fishy as well...
Grill is too big, I like that they're making smaller cars though. There are too many heavy, unnecessary, luxury land yachts, crossovers, & SUVs these days.

Very true , i despise the SUV/crossover trend of the last year's. I just wished they still made lightweight hothatches. This bmw 128ti weighs in at 1445kg... The 135i xdrive weighs a whopping 1600kg.
Day one of asking Matt to make a review of the 2021 Dacia Sandero
11:30 70mph to zero. Lovely expression Mat 😆🤣
Oh no! Geek mode returned in the end! 🙈
I'm surprised it's taken BMW so long to launch this car. VW has been the virtual default choice in this segment for years. Mercedes-AMG realised this and have positioned their A Class accordingly, but BMW have sat on their hands until now.
That Nike comparison was spot on Matt
