I install the firewalls for a service provider. If you have a static IP you need to log into the device to put that in before it will connect. Might be a good thing to include in your CBTN course.

I used Meraki for 3 years before the pandemic. It was a great service but definitely not cheap.

Great video, great explanation, but I have to completely disagree with the reasons for which you're such a fan. Ease of configuration and deployment are great and all, but with the Meraki platform's horrid limitations and licensing structure (that's literally perpetual if you want the box to continue to pass traffic), there are more desirable enterprise solutions. That being said, I am a huge fan of using the Meraki auto-VPN capabilities for tiny branch office deployments.

Any options for offline meraki deployment at specific sites that are kept isolated from the internet for security reasons ??
Not that I’m aware of. Internet connectivity to the Meraki cloud, from what I gather, would be a requirement

Aloha! CCNP is an awesome certification, but it doesn’t have many skills that are applicable to Azure. You may want to glance the AZ exams! AZ-104 is a great admin exam, AZ-204 is a great C# developer exam, and AZ-303 combines the two

If you work foe a partner you are not eligible but if you watch the partner events they have Seminars from time to time. You have to attend in person though
Complete and expensive BS. You are not going to log in to your devices every day anyway, plus you are dependent on cloud account and internet to control your local environment.... no, thanks
